From Our Website

With our specialist orthodontists, we can help you achieve the smile that you have always hoped for. Our orthodontics services in Manchester include straightening teeth or correcting bite problems by using either, traditional fixed or removable braces or modern Clear Braces or Invisalign braces (invisible braces). At our surgery in Manchester, we only employ the best, most qualified and experienced dentists. We demand that all of our dentists keep up-to-date with the latest advances in technology and developments in dentistry, sending them worldwide for advanced training.

In order to keep up a good level of dental hygiene, it is recommended that you visit one of our hygienists at least twice a year. Our hygienists are devoted to improving and maintaining the health of your gums - they'll give you instructions on how to keep up a good level of oral health and also will aid you with treatments as with scaling and polishing when necessary. Many people suffer from the common problem of bad breath, it can affect anyone at any age whether you are male or female, young or old.

A crown is an artificial restoration that fits snugly over the whole tooth once it has been prepared. Each crown is custom made for a tooth and is prepared and fitted over two appointments. 1. Topical and Local Anaesthetic is placed to numb the area to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. 2. The first impression is taken to create a temporary crown later in the appointment. 3. The tooth is shaped and prepared for a crown. 4. A second impression is then taken of the prepared tooth, a record of your bite and your desired tooth shade - we send these records to the laboratory to make the crown.

There are a number of types of toothache and the best remedy for all of them is to make an appointment to see your dentist. Almost certainly this will be on the same day and if it is at all possible - within the hour. Even if it is out of hours and over the weekend you can still call us and you will be given the number of our Emergency Dental Care 'on call' dentist.
