The best way to stay on top of your teeth is to have regular dental check-ups to help reduce expensive treatment in the future. You will have both a dental check-up and an appointment with the hygienist. You can dramatically reduce the need for dental treatment in the future by maintaining your oral hygiene. We have a highly skilled and passionate dental hygienist in Niamh who holds a position on the executive board of the British Society of Dental Hygiene & Therapy. Braces have come a long way over the years which means train tracks are a thing of the past.
Gentle Dental are experienced dental hygienists in Salisbury and we prefer a relaxed approach and can take our time to ensure your comfort. We have the luxury of long appointments which allows us to chat, find your likes and dislikes and tailor the appointment to your needs. In these appointments you are in control. So if there's any aspect of seeing a dental hygienist that you don't personally like, we will discuss this with you and work out an alternative method, wherever possible. A dental hygienist is in the ideal position to flag any potential issues with your teeth or gums.
Looking for dental implants in Salisbury? Gentle Dental has great experience fitting long lasting implants - the most permanent way to replace a missing tooth. A dental implant is ideal for when a dental bridge would damage neighbouring healthy teeth or you don't want a denture. We hand pick our laboratories who produce the implants so we are confident of their high quality, they'll make sure that your implant perfectly matches your other teeth, and won't stand out. Rob, our dentist, is always developing his dental implant skills and he'll take the time to ensure that the implant fits other teeth perfectly so the implant lasts a long time and doesn't damage other teeth.
Dental crowns (also known as tooth caps) are used to repair broken teeth by creating a new porcelain tooth attached to the original tooth. They can be used in place of large, unsightly fillings giving the tooth a natural, unblemished look. Rob will spend time to communicate with you to ensure perfectly matching crowns to your other teeth.
