Great Dentist and dental nurses all very friendly and caring. Open late and lots of 8am appointments too. Never feels like they pushing you for treatment that you don't need which I have had a previous clinics.
I have been going to Dr Morris Weinstein at Smiles@ Preventivedental for the past year, I have always received exceptional service and care. In addition, I recently had a procedure carried out on my gums and I am extremely pleased with the results. I live a while away but going to Morris is definitely worth the journey! All of the staff are so warm and friendly, happy to provide extra helpful information. I couldn’t recommend a better dentist or surgery.
I received treatment from Morris last year to straighten my teeth with Invisalign. I am thrilled with the results, my teeth look fantastic and the whole process was pain free and was completed quicker than I had expected. Morris is highly professional and with his great sense of humour he immediately put me at ease from my first visit. He always explained to me what he was doing and would check up on my later in case I had any discomfort. I always found all the staff at his practice really friendly as well - there really are a lot of "Smiles at Preventive Dental"! Overall it was great experience and I really appreciate the wonderful new smile I have as a result!
I've been going here for years, & I can't speak highly enough of the Smiles team and their work. They always go above and beyond!
In the last three months, I have had extensive treatment at Smiles@ Preventivedental, thus have met most of the team. Dr Morris Weinstein and his outstanding team are impressive. I have found them to be very professional, friendly, thoughtful and gentle in their approach to their practice.
I've been having major restorative dental work done by Dr. Morris Weinstein since last November - mercury filling removal and Cerec crowns fitted - the service has been excellent with great attention to detail. I'm delighted with the results so far and will continue to use this dental practice for all my dental care.

Plasma taken from recovered patients contains antibodies that recognise the virus and can reduce its growth. Dr Weinstein, our principal dentist, who had the virus back in March is now often donating plasma to help other people fight the virus. A dental implant is used to support one or more false teeth and is simply a titanium screw that can replace the root of a tooth when it fails. Just like a tooth root, it is placed into the jawbone. To make an appointment, call us today on020 8874 3877 or email email@example.com. A dental implant essentially substitutes for a missing tooth root. It is commonly cylindrical or screw-shaped. Each implant is carefully and precisely drilled into the location of the intended tooth and provides a foundation for long-term support of replacement teeth.
Nowadays fillings can be natural looking. Many people are more conscious about the way they look, so they don't want silver fillings that show when they laugh or smile. This can vary, but they are mainly made of glass particles, synthetic resin and a setting ingredient. Your dental team should be able to give you more information about the particular material they use. Morris is from South Africa where at the tender age of 22 years old, he graduated as a dentist from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
Root canal treatment (also called "endodontics") is needed when the blood or nerve supply of the tooth (called the "pulp") is infected through decay or injury. You may not feel any pain in the early stages of the infection. In some cases your tooth could darken in colour, which may mean that the nerve of the tooth has died (or is dying). This would need root canal treatment. If the pulp becomes infected, the infection may spread through the root canal system of the tooth. This may eventually lead to an abscess.
If you have a dental emergency we will endeavour to do everything possible to help resolve your problem during our opening hours. Emergency appointments are not generally available during the most desirable time slots and may incur an emergency fee as well as the treatment fee.
Dental hygienists play an important part in dental health care and are mainly concerned with preventive dental health and treating gum disease - showing you correct home care and helping to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The hygienist's main work is to prevent and treat gum disease. This includes professionally cleaning your teeth by removing plaque and tartar (usually called a 'scale and polish' or a prophylaxis). However, perhaps their most important role is showing you the best way to keep your teeth free of plaque.
