Our Practice - An Introduction On behalf of the whole team here at RDP we would like to welcome you. RDP was established in 1979 by Francis Hollinshead with Steve Mulcahy joining in early 1983 and Mark Calvert joining in 2000 In 1994 a major refurbishment was carried out,with the purchase of the adjacent property,this provided 6 new surgeries with disabled/wheelchair access to the 4 downstairs surgeries.In 2003 new toilets,an extra waiting room and an additional surgery were added to accomodate growing patient numbers.
