How ever much pain you maybe be suffering do not use this dentist surgery for treatment. The following is a brief outline of the treatment i received. I attended this surgery for the first time in the spring of 2009, I had not been to a dentist for a number of years and was happily surprised to be told my teeth were in good condition but needed 'a clean'. The following year april 2010 suffering pain in my upper left jaw i went back and was told i had an infection and was prescribed anti-biotics, the pain eased but returned shortly afterwards, i returned to the surgery on a wednesday and another course of anti biotics was prescribed and i was told the upper left teeth/gums were 'all bad' (from the same dentist a year earlier).

Friday afternoon two days into the latest tablets and sufering severe pain i called the surgery but was told to call the local emergency dentist as they could not fit me in. The following Monday i attended this dentist and the tooth was extracted i was told by the dentist to book a thirty minute appointment for urgent follow up treatment. After booking the morning off from work for this 'urgent treatment' i went to the surgery where a 3 minute examination took place and was told to book another appointment in a few weeks, after complaining i was told they were busy and to make another appointment. If your paying for your dental treatment at this surgery you will probably receive a better service than nhs patients like me. If dentists like this cannot treat nhs patients with the respect and dignity afforded to private patients THEN STOP TAKING TAX PAYERS MONEY.

Throughout my life I have had a horrible fear of dentists, until I found Bluebell Dental Practice! Thanks to Bluebell I have managed to deal with my fears and finally undergo treatment that I have waited for my whole life!

The staff are wonderful and the environment is so warm and comforting. The dentists are very accommodating and understanding of my fears. Furthermore they are wonderful with children. My kids love the dentists there and they actually enjoy going to the clinic!

The two practices make it easy to run in between clinics and the location Stratford clinic is so close to the city it makes it easy to drop in on your way home or in your lunch break.

My teeth are beautiful now and I am so happy with my outcome. My experience was wonderful so I'd definitely recommend Bluebell Dental Practice to others. I have Bluebell to thank for helping me build my confidence and quality of life!
