Perfect Smile Clapham delivers NHS and private dental services from our clinic on Lavender Hill, combining modern dentistry with personal care. We support patients with general, cosmetic and restorative treatments, including examinations, fillings, root canal treatment, dentures, hygiene care and emergency dentistry. Our services also extend to Invisalign clear aligners, dental implants and teeth whitening. We offer consultations for selected treatments free of charge, together with finance options designed to make treatment costs easier to manage. Examination fees are 63 for existing patients and 65 for new patients, excluding X-rays, whilst emergency appointments are 85, also excluding X-rays. Hygiene treatments and other services are priced according to the treatment required.We care for adults, children and families and recognise that patients can have different dental needs and concerns. Our clinicians provide individualised treatment and take particular care with nervous patients, helping them feel comfortable throughout their appointments. Patients considering Invisalign can receive a personalised plan, while those with missing teeth can discuss implant solutions during a dedicated consultation. We also provide restorative treatment, preventive dental care and professional hygiene appointments to support healthy teeth and gums. Our practice offers flexible finance plans and Denplan arrangements, as well as same-day appointments. English, Spanish, French and Urdu are spoken by our team, supporting a welcoming and accessible service.

Katherine Lyttle (GDC 290767) provides clear aligners suited to individual requirements and has completed the comprehensive Invisalign provider programme. A free consultation allows us to create a personalised treatment plan, with treatment costs starting from 3,000.
Dental Implants

We provide single and multiple dental implants to replace missing teeth, helping make eating more comfortable and supporting confidence when smiling. Where required, we also offer bone grafting and sinus lifts. Mahmoud Samaha (GDC 276804) has over 18 years of experience and a particular interest in implant dentistry and oral surgery. Implant consultations are available for 65, with single implants including the crown from 2,800 and flexible finance plans.
Teeth Whitening

The treatment offers a safe and effective approach to brightening the appearance of your teeth and enhancing your smile. General dentistry, including preventive appointments, is provided by Emily Burden (GDC 277260), while Asma Khokar (GDC 229985) offers restorative care. Fillings are available from 185, with the cost depending on the size required.

My appointment was to complete a root canal which I had been referred to have completed at a hospital, but John wanted to see if he could help anymore. John was able to complete the root canal treatment which was amazing for me, this saved me having to wait so I was so grateful. John even did more by giving my teeth a deep clean, as I mentioned possibly having to book an appointment for this.
Every time Ive been treated by John over the years, I feel as if I'm getting the best treatment and service. John and Sandra are a great team, and I'm grateful for their great service.

I was worried about a diagnosis received from a different Dentist in Epsom so I booked in here and had my X-rays and records transferred across.
I had concerns about my last diagnosis and the dentist and their assistant were extremely patient and took time to explain things to me. I then had a scale and polish.
The reception team were friendly and handled the busy period (I came from, around 6pm) well. They did not seem to have any desire to rush patients which is lovely when compared to other places I have visited.
Overall, my time and concerns were treated with respect and I definitely wanted the team to know how much I appreciated my visit.

Finally, after years of being embarrassed by my smile, I am able to smile with confidence.
I had Invisalign treatment under Dr Renato that went off without a hitch.
Since it took only 9 months in lockdown to get a straight smile, without any pain or discomfort, despite being pregnant, I can only recommend this clinic.
When looking for aligners before, I was always advised I would need extractions, which was enough to put me off. I'm glad to see that wasn't the case.

Fantastic team at Perfect Smile! Extremely friendly staff from start to finish, there is no pressure to have things done to your teeth, simply clear options put to the patient, good availability of appointments, and the dental team seemingly are able to do work efficiently without causing any pain. Made going to the dentist far less stressful then I have previously been used to.
