We are a Chester dental practice serving patients from our modern nine-surgery clinic at 48 Green Lane, Vicars Cross. Perfect Smile provides both NHS and private dental care for children, adults and families, supported by free parking, selected free consultations, flexible finance options and same-day appointments. Our treatment range covers regular examinations and preventive dentistry as well as dental hygiene, emergency appointments, implants, orthodontics, Invisalign, teeth whitening, teeth straightening and restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Patients can also access fillings, crowns, veneers, composite bonding, root canal treatment and treatment under sedation. We accept referrals for sedation from external dental practices and offer support for patients who may feel anxious about dental treatment.Our professional team includes dental surgeons, an implantologist, endodontist, hygienist, treatment coordinator and practice management staff, with English and Polish spoken at the practice. Existing patient examinations with X-rays cost 65, new patient examinations with X-rays are 95, and emergency assessments excluding X-rays are 90. Hygiene appointments begin at 80, while Airflow hygiene starts from 110. We provide dental implants from 3,200 including a single implant and crown, Invisalign from 3,300 and whitening from 370, with other treatments available at their stated prices. Finance plans and Denplan packages are also available. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday until 5pm.

Single implants, including the crown, are available from 3,200, with finance plans offered for up to 60 months. Gavin Lawrence (GDC 244750) holds a Masters in Implantology and has experience in implant dentistry and minor oral surgery.

For crowded or misaligned teeth, our Invisalign treatment uses clear, removable aligners to progressively straighten teeth and improve their overall appearance. We recognise that these concerns can influence both your bite and confidence. Treatment begins at 3,300, with Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive options offered. Owen Llewelyn (GDC 289611) and Rhianna Stonehouse (GDC 283530) are certified Invisalign providers available to discuss your treatment options.
Teeth Whitening

The appearance of your smile can gradually be affected by staining from food, drinks and everyday habits. We provide two teeth whitening options, enabling you to choose an approach suited to your needs. Boutique home whitening is offered from 370, and Enlighten home whitening from 650, providing a choice between these available treatment options.

We provide restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including composite bonding from 365 and full porcelain crowns from 750, as well as fillings, crowns and veneers. Rishi Gogna (GDC 244773) has a strong interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry and clear aligner treatment options currently available.

Braces can be used to straighten crowded or misaligned teeth and enhance the appearance of your smile. Following an assessment of your needs, we can recommend a suitable approach. Clear aligners are another option for those seeking discreet treatment, which your dentist can explain.
Emergency Dentist

Severe toothache, sudden dental pain or a damaged tooth should receive prompt attention rather than being left untreated. We provide emergency appointments from 90, excluding X-rays, so our team can assess the issue and recommend appropriate treatment. During practice hours, an emergency appointment can be arranged for a 90 assessment.

Perfect Smile Dental would have been my idea of hell 2 years ago. I would not go to a dentist for love nore money.
But Noticing I had bleeding gums (yes I'm guilty of neglecting my teeth).
I was left with little choice but to admit my sins and enter the cathedral of my certain doom.
But once inside I was greeted by amazing and considerate staff who put my worries at ease!
I can't thank Rihanna and her Nurse Emily enough for all the care and advice they have given me on the road to a perfect smile.
I have been given so much helpful advice and the work rhianna has done on my teeth and gums has made me feel so much better in my self and importantly with not one glimmer of judgement for the state I let my self get into.
Rhianna also offers Help with Snoring which I will be doing next. (much to the relief of my better half)
Top staff and a superb service!

Fantastic service as always at Vicars Cross Dentist. Phoned in the morning for an emergency appointment and was seen at 2 oclock in the afternoon. Tooth was extracted with minimum of pain and my Denplan covered the cost. The staff are always first class and going to the dentist is no longer the trauma of days gone by.A*

Visited the dentist who was friendly and professional and I was referred to the hygienist for a deep clean. I was able to make an appointment there and then for the following week.
I was put at ease throughout and the hygienist kept checking I was ok. The most comfortable hygienist appointment I have had in many years.
The on line booking systen works well and you are sent a reminder to book your routine appointments and reminders when the appointment is due.

I recently needed a large, complicated, tooth extraction, which I was really not looking forward to..!
From the very start Kevin & Freddie made me feel as comfortable as possible, under the circumstances, explaining everything that was going to happen and were extremely personable, as well as professional. The whole experience was so much better than I had expected and all went very well!

I am always nervous going to the dentist as I don't like the sound, or feeling, of metal on teeth. I had no need to worry, the dentist and hygienist were extremely considerate and compassionate, they put my mind at rest, and I had an extremely positive experience. I have recently moved to this practice and should have done so sooner, without doubt, my best experience at the dentist.

The reception staff are pleasant & efficient in their duties, with a reasonable & acceptable telephone response time. However I find the pre-recorded ' American telephone responses ' very offensive & unacceptable to a British, local dental practice.
The surgery & waiting area is light, bright, clean & suitable for purpose. I have experienced many changes of dentist & hygienists during my many years as a patient, which has been hard to accept in terms of continuity. Overall it is a good dental surgery but with the above highlighted exceptions.

We recently transferred to perfect smile vicars cross my 8 year old son said to the receptionist that "Lucy is the best dentist she is brilliant", I agree and feel that we have been given a fantastic service here at this practice. Lucy is the best dentist I've been to, really understanding and treated my root canal / crown perfectly.

Ive been having treatment with Daiva for a while now after a dentist in another practice drilled out the wrong tooth. She repaired one tooth with a crown a couple of years ago which was an absolute godsend and recently I needed another one from the damage caused over the years from the previous dentist- it would of been a simpler option of just removing the tooth, but Daiva understood that I really didnt want to consider that. The treatment Ive received has been so thoroughly professional - Today Daiva fitted my second crown and Im so happy - genuinely thankyou Daiva

I am absolutely delighted with the implant care provided by Dr Jeffries. What a genuinely lovely, reassuring and professional dentist she is. Dr Jeffries was able to place the implant at the same time as she extracted my tooth. I had no swelling, very little discomfort but importantly meant the whole process was dramatically shortened. If you are considering a tooth implant with Dr Jeffries you wont be disappointed! Her care during/after was exceptional.
