Am very scared about seeing/visiting dentist. Have been since a child. On my first visit to Smile Jacqui made me feel comfortable and was very patient and kind. After my treatment I felt confident to make another appointment. Many thanks to Jacqui.

Excellent as usual with both of our teenagers. Both made to feel at ease during six months checks and secondary check with hygienist. All booked up for 6 months time and dates in the diary.

Recently finished an almost one year long treatment plan with Dr. Jignesh. Words, simply cannot explain the satisfaction! His work is outstanding but also helped me overcome one of my biggest fears to the point where I would go there for a 45 mins appointment and feel less stressed than I would be at the barber :. Furthermore, the Nurse was super friendly and professional, always made me feel extremely comfortable visiting the practice.

I've also had 2 hygienist appointments with Jacqui, magnificent! The practice Manager, Carol has been very supportive throughout, can't thank her enough for helping out with my appointments but most importantly with my unusual requests, being on a dental insurance plan. Can't see myself going to another practice ever again and I would 100% recommend Smile Oralcare to anyone! The people I met here are exceptional and all this is topped up by great practice. Thank you so much All, once again!

Shocking, AVOID! I have lost a tooth after the treatment, the dentist was unbelievably rude when I pointed out that he has not done a great job. Obviously, will not recommend to anyone.

I recently attended the clinic for an appointment with the hygienist Jacquie. It was my first time at the establishment. A number of things were impressive apart from the quality of the treatment itself including providing an environment that made me feel safe in these Covid times. All the necessary precautions were taken regarding PPI such as one patient entry and staff being masked and to the extent that my treatment was modified due to the fact that my pacemaker might have been affected by ultrasound equipment which Jacqui took the trouble to find out. I would be happy to get further treatment here in the future without hesitation

I went along this morning for my half-year check up, so it was the first time I'd seen Smile Oralcare's Covid-19 precautions at first hand. All amazingly well thought through and state-of-the-art. Everything was explained clearly and succinctly to me from the moment I arrived and I felt safe and in good hands. Of course, it didn't really come as a surprise as I've never found Smile Oralcare to be anything other than a professional, welcoming and caring practice. Highly recommended.

I recently had composite bonding to straighten the appearance of my top teeth, I cannot express how happy I am with them! It's given me confidence in my smile again (hence I cannot stop smiling) they look extremely natural and suit my face, wish I'd done it years ago! Jagnish and Karen were extremely professional and helpful, listening to what I wanted and didn't want! Cannot recommend enough to anyone wanting to perfect their smile! Not even a proper client yet and still amazing service! I haven't had my new client appointment but today when a tooth cracked and was partly lost I called, got an appointment for two hours later. I now have a newly rebuilt tooth - zero discomfort or bother. Can't recommend highly enough!

I had a hygienist appointment today with Jacqui and Tia, I cannot rate these ladies enough. So happy with my results, Jacqui is an artist and a perfectionist so it seems, like most I do not overly enjoy dentists but I can say with both there reassurances and constant care for me whilst I was having treatment filled me with nothing but confidence. I was greeted at the door by Carol who checked my temperature and oxygen level upon entry, also explaining about the changes the practice has had to adopt to become a very safe environment during these crazy times, which I feel was achieved with ease. 5 stars treatment ladies thankyou

It was like Jacqui (Hygienist) was sculpturing her own piece of fine artwork, going in-between the grooves and angles of my teeth to even shed light on those areas that were unknown to my own dentist. Went to have a routine Hygienist appointment. Needed a good oral clean as I was delayed in seeing my own dentist. Seen the investment in top of the range aerosol equipment to comply with PPE. Jacqui along with the nurse assistant (Tia) provided a thorough in-depth dental experience. Practice manager was fantastic in keeping patient and staff safety at hand. Great service and will be back.

I've just returned after having teeth removed and dentures in. I can honestly say these people are brilliant and looked after my nervous self very well. great service and lovely people. Thank you so much. I can't believe how great they look. The place is immaculate and cleaning and temp checks and masks are a priority. I can honestly recommend Martin and his team highly. Brilliant.
