I saw Rowan Glossop, a dentist from this practice. I had an issue which involved both my teeth and my sinuses, causing a lot of pain and discomfort and an ongoing sinus infection. Ms Glossop was impeccable. She diagnosed my issue correctly and with great confidence, and took time to explain to me her diagnosis in detail. She treated me with great care, and made me feel comfortable, reassuring me about every single step of her work.

My treatment was as pain free as it can be, and she was at hand for any follow up question. After her treatment I was pain free within a day and my sinus infection finally cleared a week after, following almost a month of suffering. Yesterday she also cleaned my teeth, which is something I normally dread, given that I have very sensitive teeth. She had such an expert and gentle touch that I hardly felt any pain. I would thoroughly reccomend this dentist to anyone.

Have been coming to this dentist for many years and they're always professional with great service and friendly staff. Had a problem with my fixed retainer today and they managed to fit an appointment in a couple hours to get it repaired which was a massive relief as I was heading off on holiday in a couple of days. My hygienist was a new employee and she was ever so pleasant and careful. They've definitely done their best to make my appointment as nice as possible despite of all the changes.
