Took me of their NHS list because I hadn't used them for 2 years without even notifying me. Surely it wouldn't be a difficult system to have where they text or email you to alert you to this. I was told they couldn't do that as they were too busy but that's a poor excuse!

A friendly knowledgeable, dental team. Jon Bax is our family dentist, it has never occurred to my children to be scared of dentists because he is so good. A special recommendation to parents of children with special needs. My daughter with learning and communication difficulties was terrified of dentists, but Jon and all the team worked hard to familiarise her with the setting and now she is fine. Highly recommend.
