Not a great impression when walking past. Have seen Dr Yovaan (and occasionally a nurse) smoke outside. Should be promoting good oral and general health. Would not recommend or come to such an environment.

My fixed retainer kept breaking (monthly) and I kept returning to Aura to get the glue fixed. Eventually, I went to another dentist who told me that when the fixed retainer breaks, the glue needs to be taken off and redone, not just added to the broken glue. My fixed retainer now lasts much longer before it needs redoing.
