Only had 2 appointments. The first one was fine. The second one I waited for an hour with no communication apologising that they were running late or indication if when I would be seen and had to leave to return to work without seeing a dentist. Rebooked the appointment but got called into the office that day so called up to move the appointment to the next date - spent 20 minutes on hold without speaking to anyone and had to give up and go back to work. Emailed to confirm i needed to move the appointment and wouldn't be coming in and that I had tried calling.
No response. Emailed again a few days later. No response. Considering it's far from cheap, the disregard for customer service is inexcusable. Would not recommend this practise to anybody. Avoid at all costs.

I was a really nervous patient until I came here. The whole staff - from the reception onward - are fantastic, understanding and professional. I've seen Dr Mohammed Rasul a couple of times now and he has been brilliant. The work has been great, well-priced and the experience thoroughly pleasant. Dr Rasul is a superb dentist and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Appointment was easy to get, and I only had to wait a week, whereas other dentists in the area I'd potentially have waited a month or more. The appointment itself was quick, painless and had great results. Dr Rasul was incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout.

I have been going to this dental practice for over two years. The dentists have all been very informative and friendly. I feel very trusting of them. All the practice staff have been helpful and the premises are clean. Appointments are easy to get and everythign seem sto run smoothly. Would definitely recommend them, especially for anyone who is nervous as they are so nice!

I had a series of appointments with Dr Mohammed Rasul of Forest Dental Care. Initially I received emergency treatment, followed up with a dental care plan to fit a denture. At all times throughout these appointments, I found Dr Rasul to be professional, efficient and supportive in the treatment provided. Many people like myself find dental treatment to be a daunting experience but I was always reassured and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Rasul and the Forest Dental Care team to anyone.
