Remember we also have an interest free payment plan and treat children under the age of 18 free under NHS arrangements. Appalling service, the receptionist couldn't even get the appointment time right and made no attempt to speak to anyone to resolve. Despite being in pain, she offered an appointment two weeks hence, complete lack of understanding and empathy. Keep clear of this practice.
