North Street Dental Practice

I can not praise this surgery enough. I have a bit of a phobia of dentists after I had a bad experience a few years ago. After hearing the adverts for North St Dental on the radio I decided to give them a go. I wish I had done it years ago! From the moment I walked in they made me feel at ease. I had my initial meeting with Dr Joe Dowie & his dental nurse and was so impressed I decided to have the work I needed done.

I can honestly say they made me so relaxed and I was so happy & impressed with the treatment I had done I got a bit emotional! I can not thank Dr Joe & his assistant enough, they have given me my confidence back. I have recommended you to so many people! All I can say is thank you

Highly skilled and professional individuals who go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and informed about different treatment options. I have visited on a number of occasions and always have a pleasant experience with all staff.

For someone who doesn't normally feel comfortable going to the dentists, I was so happy with North Street. Chloe was very welcoming on the reception desk. I saw Sophie for a scale and polish and she was very professional and friendly. I felt very well looked after and at ease there. Thanks team!

I would highly recommend this dental practise, having had poor fitted dentures and only a few teeth left that needed to be removed i finally plucked up the courage after 15 years to do something about it, from start to finish they made me feel at ease and went through in great detail the procedure i would be having, implants were something i would never of thought about having but i can truthfully say it was the best decision i ever made, my dentures look amazing and now i can finally smile and talk to people again without worrying, they have done such an amazing job and most importantly i have had my life back and confidence that had gone many years ago, Thankyou to steve and everyone involved in my treatment from start to finish.

Have recently had a number of visits, all the staff are friendly and put you at ease, taking you though what will happen every step of the way. Everything is geared towards the best patient experience possible and the dental team have a wealth of experience. My case was "a challenge" but after a few months I can honestly say I am very happy and able to eat things I've steered clear of for a while! If you've been thinking about some sort of dental treatment for a while, like me, stop thinking and book an appointment- you won't be disappointed.

Myself my husband and my daughter have all moved to this practice. Daughter and husband need extensive treatment which is ongoing. My treatment is done for the next six months but my teeth have never felt so clean. Lovely staff very understanding and practice is absolutely spotless. Everyone makes you feel so at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

I just moved to this place and I've never been to a dentists like it. The people that work there are amazingly lovely and helpful. My dentist Owen and the dental nurse Emily have been so considerate of my irrational fear of the dentist, and they have made every effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Every time I speak to someone on the phone, it sounds like they genuinely care about helping me.

Not to mention the work that I've had done so far has all been great, they are all very gentle and the hygienist (can't remember her name!) was super helpful, she talked me through how to better care for my teeth and gums. Just want to thank everyone there for the service I've received so far and I thought this would be the best way to do it.

Never have I actually enjoyed a dentist appointment, let alone be excited to go to my next one. Can honestly say I had the best dentist appointment today. The whole staff, reception, the dentists, the practice manager, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The customer service is outstanding, lovely people, lovely clean office, easy to find, spacious, can't fault any of it.

Also had the pleasure of meeting my new favorite dentist - Dr Joe, a lovely gentleman who clearly knew his stuff, his knowledge, calming manner and overall personality really made the service. He gave me all my possible options, was completely transparent about the service/pros and cons and answered all my questions, was super friendly and really put me at ease.

Have been considering getting my teeth straightened for a while and have been really nervous about it, especially after visiting my own dentist who completely put me off it, but after today I can honestly say I'm really excited for my next trip and my new smile. Must be the best dentist I have ever been to. Staff friendly and extremely professional. The actual practice is exceptional with hygiene at the forefront of all procedures. Interests of the patient always of prime importance. Would recommend to anyone who wants the best possible pain free treatment available.

Went to North Street Dental yesterday for the first time, for a root treatment! I have never been keen on going to the dentist nor do I leave reviews on Google! However, credit where credit is due, this place is fantastic! Free secure parking, amazing modern facilities and decor' from the door to chair and welcomed warmly by the friendly professional staff, again from going through the door to the chair.

I had quite a long procedure, I was made to feel completely at ease from the outset by the lovely nurse, Emily, who maintained that rapport and managed me and my treatment throughout. She was extremely attentive and I could hear her busying herself getting everything ready for each part of the treatment, excellent (and actually very interesting!).

I can categorically say this was the the most pain free dental treatment I have had in the best part of 40 years. Owain, the Dentist, is a methodical professional and completely transparent in both his explanations and the resulting treatment. He explained everything to me throughout and even spent time showing me the results via an x-ray at the end!

Simply brilliant! I am now at the "24 hour later" stage, eating without any pain or discomfort, no sore gums, no nothing! Its as if I dreamt the whole thing! Thank you North Street Dental for a 360 degree amazing experience.
