I self referred to Charing Cross in November 2024, my second trip in all to see Johnathan. The reception team are welcoming and assuring. Johnathan is polite, professional and totally put me at ease. My query was one tooth which turned out to be cracked beneath the gum line. An x Ray was undertaken and a full discussion about my options, left me feeling that I had a solution and first class service. I would not hesitate using CC and Johnathan again in the future. Everything about this practice was brilliant! I had Jonathan who was so friendly, professional and honest with regards to my treatment (I had re route canal treatment). The procedure itself was performed with no issues, it was pain-free and I left the practice feeling confident that Jonathan and his team had done a great job. I would without hesitation recommended Charing Cross to anybody, and if I need any future dental work I will return. The reception team were friendly, communicated well and were nice and chatty.
