Terrible, they took my money but the DENTIST lied to me saying she referred me to the hosptial. But she did not I tried to call them back and was told they will call me but no reply. Not HAPPY with this service NEVER going there again. Rubbish Dentist avoid at all COSTS.

Nothing wrong with the service nor the staff, all are lovely, BUT - there should always be the choice given to the customer, letting them know all the options. After root canal treatment, it's not obligatory, only recommendation, to put a crown, but only options I was given was the colour of the crown and different prices with them (around 300-600), to only later learn that just root canal is 65! I have now lost my vacation for this summer as can't afford it anymore.

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and required an appointment, as soon as possible, to fix a filling that had become damaged and painful. I called the dental practice, who not only registered me on the spot, but fit me into a cancellation that day. Dr. Bhavna and her dental hygienist were a dream team. I found them efficient and thorough, giving me succinct information on the work I needed. Dr. Bhavna also made it clear that I should let her know if at any point I wished to stop - reassuring as I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. I found the staff at reception personable and welcoming, as well as the dentist and hygienist themselves. Will continue to go back.

Both girls at reception was very welcoming and had the old school tunes going on while I was waiting for Dr adnaan, very good introduction to surrey Dock dental so far

The best dental practice I have ever been too. I'm a nervous patient as I had a bad experience when I was little. Zahid choudry made me feel at ease and made me not afraid of a dentist. I would recommend anyone who is nervous to go to this practice. Also may I say the receptists and dental nurses are very friendly and will also put you at ease.
