I have been going to Select since about 1973, 40+ years, never any problem with either main dentist (first one retired, moved to second) or with any occasional ones. Nor with any reception/admin staff. Massive thank you to everyone involved in my son's treatment over the last 2+ years. His smile has been completely transformed by twin block and fixed brace treatment.

Crowns are an ideal way of restoring teeth which are broken, have an unsightly filling or are weak and decayed. Besides strengthening tooth, a crown can be used to improve its appearance, shape or alignment. The crown fits over the remainder of the tooth and are sometimes called "caps". Porcelain bonded to precious metal: a metal core for strength with layers of porcelain fused to it.

I've been going to Select Dental Care since 2004 and they're great. Not one problem, treated with upmost respect and professionalism whilst being informed of the procedures from beginning to end. I've recently had to move away and I will miss this surgery. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice to all. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and compassion and a HUGE thank you to Mr Fletcher who looked after my teeth and dental hygiene.

I have been waiting one month for this appointment. i called this morning to just find out what time the appointment is and she told me my appointment had been changed to Saturday gone. but i haven't been informed, the never sent a letter out or nothing when i was telling the staff on the phone i need an appointment asap she was been every rude raising her voice. i am never going back there again leaving them and going els where this is a total joke.

Never met such kind and understanding staff as these people they really are a gift their profession. Couldn't get my mam to go to the dentist for years because of previous bad experiences that left her traumatised these people have manage to get my mam back in the dentist chair and do everything they can to save her teeth. Absolutely amazing 10/10

I have been to this dentist 5 times in the last 2 weeks! First time i got a check up, second i needed a filling as my tooth was in agony i couldnt eat for week. Had to go back cos i still couldnt eat and was in pain so had an anti bacterial pad put on me which was supposed to stop the pain and an hour later pain started again, 4th time i had to get my molar pulled out so im toothless now which will cost me a lot to fix it.
Then i realised i had an infection in mouth which was green and on top of my gum so i made an appoitment as i couldnt get an emergency one. Finally i went and the dentist said i dont need any antibiotics and used some clove oil brown sticky piece and placed it on my tooth! Not my infection. This will be the last place i go to! Would not recommend!

Worst dental practice ever. The receptionist are rude and are all jumped up. Forever goin back and forth to get 1 job done. Horrible. Never ever get seen on time and then they give warnings! Pfffft don't recommend to anybody on this planet. Rang 18 times before they answered then waited half hour after time was given to me for a emergency appointment. Didn't get seen because I was too angry in lots of pain. Don't think they know the understanding of an emergency appointment. Total garbage and unprofessional.

Shocking Dental Practise Takes hours to get through on the Phone. Receptionists are consistantly rude. Was made to pay up front as they said " I might run off without paying" My wife was told to " find another dentist" after making a civil complaint. I could go on and on but I have wasted enough time with this place Avoid

Im dissapointed that I even have to give this place one star just so I can review it, there should definitely be an option for zero stars. Receptionist are rude and arrogant, and put themselves on a very high pedestal. They wouldnt give me an emergency appointment for my nine year old son who had three of his teeth broken off in a school accident (111 servuces said he needed to be seen within six hrs) when I questioned this, as an emergency, receptionist said i should use another dentist in future. So I did, and am happy to never have to send my family there again!

Always have had excellent care here. A few free parking spaces at front but not many. Disabled access ramp and automatic opening doors. Nice looking/ comfortable reception and waiting areas. Staff very helpful and always found them pleasant to talk to. Never had any problems with any of the work I have had done. Recommend it.
