I went to them with very bad toothache the guy who checked the tooth was "there is nothing can be done to these teeths but there is another one at the back is rotting I can fill it and put some fluoride on the other ones" came home and the pain was not going away so managed to book an appointment at another dentist went there the dentist took couple xrays and straight away said the tooth needs to come out without me telling him which tooth it is, that is professional, I have contacted them via email regarding refund and if I don't hear from them I will take this further by seeking legal advice, I hope you read this mark.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team are always very professional from the reception to the dentist. I had a deep clean dentist did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here are very gentle and kind.

The hygienist is really great, however the female staff at reception is really rude. I went in for my appointment and asked her to check me in, she stared at my with a blank face and her colleague had responded for her. She is unprofessional and makes herself unapproachable.

Dr Ema is a wonderful dentist and has taken such good care of my teeth with composite bonding's and Invisalign. Also, Dr Mark has given me a really good clean. The reception staff are always warm and friendly. I recommend this practice to everyone!
