I've been with this practice for a number of years and can highly recommend. Dr Schalk De Wet has a wealth of experience, a steady pair of hands and you can trust his judgement and any work he carries out. Alison, the practice manager, was very helpful indeed, providing appointment options and supplying further records on request. Like all dentists, this is a busy practice (which is a good sign), they do get a lot of calls and sometimes you may need to wait and call back which is fully understandable - I found leaving a message on their 'contact us' useful. This practice has looked after me well.

Only go to this establishment if you want be TALKED DOWN ON and get a whole load of ATTITUDE! I had an appointment booked here and they did not send me a confirmation email or text. Hence I was unsure of my appointment time. I therefore walked into the practice at 1.15pm and was told to leave and come back after 'lunch' at 2pm, without them even listening to what I had to say.
When I can back at 2pm, I asked and was told that I had missed my appointment and nothing could be done and the next appointment will be in the new year. I spent the whole morning calling the Practice with no luck in getting through! So when I questioned, I was given dirty looks by the receptionist and remarks being mumbled. This is no way to be dealing with customers that are coming to you who are suffering, and need a professional to cure their problems. I therefore recommend that you find an alternate practice that will treat you with respect!
