Referred here from my dentist to have a root extracted today. Rebecca was so professional and made me feel so relaxed and welcoming along with her assistant and Reception staff. I told her, I wished she was my dentist. I am very nervous when I have to go to the dentist, but not here. 5 star. Thank you Rebecca and staff. Good Luck for the future 2020.

Called Queensway in Darlington today, following being given a referral to the clinic for all 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted. The receptionist Philippa Chaung was unvelievably rude. No customer service skills what's so ever. Rather than advising me on how to resolve the problem I had, she displayed an attitude for no apparent reason. She could have booked me in for an appointment but didn't so now I need to ring back again to arrange an appointment. This is not how you treat your clients Pippa.
