Charges are to be paid at the time of treatment, or in advance of appointments, so please be prepared to pay when asked to do so. A full estimate of the course of treatment will be given to you at, or soon after, your examination. The estimate will also detail the treatment that we have recommended as necessary to maintain your dental health.
Every effort is made to ensure that our appointment schedule does not become so heavily booked that we cannot attend to your treatment as soon as possible. We can normally commence treatment shortly after an examination visit. Alternatively e-mail us at [email protected] suggesting what times and days are most convenient for you.
Dental treatment for most categories of patients is provided on a private basis. This is to enable us to use the most appropriate materials and techniques that cuts in NHS funding would otherwise prevent. The difference in funding also allows the dentist to spend more time caring for you and your teeth, thus delivering a higher quality service.

Castle house have changed my life! I've added before and after pics so that you can see Paul's incredible work. (or rather, mid-way and after. I never took pictures at the start. I can't even imagine how awful it was anymore). The whole team are fantastically professional and knowledgeable - but above all else kind and totally non-judgmental. I've been attending for several years as I was a bit of a 'big job' but it has been so, so worth it.
I shopped around before settling on Paul and I am so glad that I did. What an incredible dentist he is. I have had my hand held from start to finish - including guidance through a tricky procedure that required NHS surgical intervention. When ideas were forced to change Castle House were there with different options. When I struggled financially, they were there with a plan and a "don't worry!".
At the very beginning, when I freaked out at the mere prospect of work, they were there with support and encouragement. Although I'm lead by their advice they are happy to take onboard my wants - Alison is also AWESOME. I have never been made to feel shame or guilt. I fully believe the entire team were 100% backing me all the way. I walked out with my new teeth feeling like a winner. 100/10 would recommend to everyone, and can't stop smiling thanks to them.

Always impressed by the professionalism and standard of treatment. I have just completed an implant course of treatment and am delighted with the outcome. I've been attending the practice now for over 2 years. Paul and his team are just fabulous. best dental practice ever. they have completely transformed my smile 100% better. Visited for information as a new client. Location is very difficult to find in a sprawling commercial estate surrounded by housing estates. The building also serves some sort of slimming gym. 3 unsmiling receptionists doing nothing apart from chatting. One of them gave me a cheap paper "brochure" & told me that they don't do NHS even though I hadn't asked. 2 clients in the waiting room which they also did not engage with. Very disappointed.
