Very dishonest and rude, inefficient poor treatment. I do not believe the five star reviews, Dr Richard even reviews his own practice and when you call for an appointment it's a voicemail saying closed. Take caution if you visit ' however under the circumstances i cannot recommend their service its an awful dentistry.

Have always found this practice to be helpful and accommodating over many years. I look forward to when they are able to operate again at full service when this wretched virus has been tamed and they can do so safely.

I am very wimpy about having dental treatment and need to be treated gently when I visit a dentist. For the last 5 years I have been looked after by Catherine Shadwell who is highly professional but above all gentle and sympathetic. I now visit her every three months and happily sit in the chair for cleaning and any necessary treatment. During lockdown I lost part of a top molar and although I couldn't visit, Catherine saw pictures that I sent, gave sound advice and recommended an emergency dentist.

It's her calm reassuring manner and gentle touch that helps me overcome my anxiety and of course her skill as a dentist. Can't wait for Highate Wood dental practice to open again!

I walked in to the practice hoping to register as a new patient. I said this to the receptionist and she looked me up and down and said condescendingly 'You do know this is a private dental practice, don't you.' I did in fact know that and her judgemental attitude labelling me as someone who didn't look like they could afford private care put me off and I walked out.
