There will never be enough words to describe how amazing Dr Nikki Gallagher is. After having a bad experience with another dentist, I was absolutely petrified to attend another for years. I finally found some courage and met with the amazing Nikki. I am extremely anxious, to the point I sit in the chair trembling through bad past experiences, but with Nikkis empathetic, calming, passionate, and caring manner, she has restored my faith and trust. She created a treatment plan which is almost finished, and ensured that I fully understood what would be happening, providing constant reassurance, it has been such a comfortable experience. I have not experienced a single feeling of pain, even when a couple of treatments were tricky, but with thanks to bob the squeezy stress ball and the wonderful Nikki, alongside the ladies who have supported her, it has been a smooth journey that I am so happy and grateful for! The dentist (Sher)was really good and understanding of the treatment that I needed due to my travel needs.Both the guys that saw me were welcoming and didnt make me feel nervous at all.

I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Patel and assistant Jas and Im extremely impressed with the quality of care. The dentist explained each step beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The extraction was quick, painless, and my recovery has been easy thanks to their clear instructions.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental work.

had my tooth repaired by Dr. Gav today and he did an absolutely excellent job. He managed to fit me in with a quick appointment, which I really appreciated. A* - absolutely amazing - took my tooth out without any pain whatsoever. Made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. Danyal and Roni are so good I cant even tell you how much. They were respectful and kind and sorted out my problems on the same day. I have been to 3 dentists and they didnt help me at all and charged me for seeing them. He worked gently, used no pressure, and made sure I stayed calm throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable.

Dr. Shyam Patel did 3 extractions and 7 fillings on me today, and I can honestly say he has been an absolute amazing dentist. Kept me calm (I am terrified of dentists) was very patient and so reassuring I am so very grateful for his help, professionalism and over all the fantastic job he has done on my teeth. Highly recommend if you are a nervous patient. Brilliant.

Dr shyan Patel and jasroop were amazing with my 8year our son when he broke his tooth. They put him at ease and was so patient. Couldn't recommend them enough. .everyone says what an amazing job they did building his tooth back up

Dr Shyam Patel was absolutely brilliant, he calmed my nerves, showed absolute empathy and understanding and was so gentle with my extraction of my back tooth. I have a disability and he made sure he went down the stairs in front of me incase I had any difficulty, his aftercare was second to none. What an absolute credit to the Scott Arms practice. I will book with him again if I need further work, an absolute star!

Didn't even feel the pain, everything was done fully hygienically.

I have been coming to this dentist for a while when I am brave enough to go. I have an extreme fear of any work being done. I had the pleasure of meeting a new dentist for myself Danyal and his assistant Leah, that listened to my fear from the corner of the room hesitant to get in the chair. He calmed me down explaining everything that he was going to do ie: X-ray and look around as I had slight discomfort in one area. Danyal rebooked me in for a filling and when I returned he was amazing, knowing how nervous I was he provided numbing gel prior to the injection which I never knew that it was an option. Extremely polite and Leah also . Danyal and Leah are absolutely fantastic and an asset to the practice. If anyone is nervous or scared he is the dentist for you and thank you.

Fantastic dental treatment from Dr Sophia Chadha at Scott Arms Dental Surgery. Ive had x rays, a plan that has been carefully explained to me, expert treatment and advice on aftercare. I feel more confident about how I can preserve my teeth and look after my gums.

Last week my partner had an emergency wisdom extraction, DR Vimal was brilliant!

He stayed over to make sure he could sort out this unbearable pain he was getting from my ID nerve.

Although he was apprehensive as two days before he was referred to the dental hospital to be put to sleep as the treatment was high risk of facial paralysis, rest assured he got the tooth out perfectly - with minimal pain!

He has a practise which explains the anatomy of the situation so your clear about your procedure.

Overall we couldnt have asked for a bad situation to be any better!

Gav was the best dentist Ive ever had. Every appointment was extremely comforting and seamless. Ive never had any issues and Im much happier with the state of my oral health now than before. Would definitely recommend going to this practice and Gav in particular. He made going to the dentist feel like something to look forward to, rather than a chore.

I had an appointment for a root canal filling with Mr Singh who I would highly recommend. I was a little apprehensive but I had no need to worry, as I was kept informed throughout the procedure.
Mr Singh was calm, friendly and professional I was in no pain at all following treatment. The room was also exceptionally clean. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Singh and Jade for making me feel so welcome I would definitely return for treatment.

After some difficult experiences at other dental practices, I was relieved to meet Dr Sophia Chadha. She is calm, patient, and genuinely listens. From the moment I sat in the chair, she explained every step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable.

She repaired my front tooth beautifully, re-cemented a failed bridge securely, and outlined a clear, realistic plan for my upcoming Valplast denture. It was refreshing to be treated with both skill and empathy.

Dr Chadha is a credit to her profession professional, kind, and precise. I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about seeing a dentist or who needs complex restorative work.

we cant recommend this dentists highly enough! The staff we have had contact with over this past week have all been incredibly professional and friendly. They explain everything, give you options and make you feel at ease. Curran (dentist) did an incredible job ensuring a difficult extraction was able to be performed. Grace (receptionist) provided me with all the information I required to make the appointments (including costs) .

Cant thank Sophia and her dental nurse enough today - I was very nervous about my tooth extraction and they put me at ease and made me feel I was in safe hands. Sophia did an amazing job and was caring and considerate throughout. Would definitely recommend her if you need any dental work doing .

So , after attending the practice for an alleged problem tooth and a second opinion , I find myself in the care of Sophia Chadha. After a very thorough examination it became apparent that the previous emergency dentist i had attended was of a less than moral manner and diagnosed a bad tooth which need removing immediately that actually wasn't and definitely didn't need removing.
My previous long standing dentist was moving on so I found myself in need of a new regular practice to attend.
Ater a discussion with Sophia I decided on a course of treatment to be completed over several months and we commenced this immediately.
Throughout the journey , ( Sophias words said with a smile ) I never had a n unpleasant experience. In fact Sophias skills are so well honed i actually fell asleep twice during root canal works.
Yes , that's absolutely true , I fell asleep. Poor young lady had to endure me snorring at one point ...Her professional attitude coupled with a rare kindness and great skill , made this the most pleasant time spent in a dentist chair I have every experienced and I could not commend her or her attending staff enough.
I definitely won't say I look forward to my next visit but Sophia and her attending Staff take away any anxiety I may have.

We had to visit the emergency dentist today with my 8-year-old son, and from the very first phone call with Rachel at reception to the treatment itself, the kindness and professionalism were outstanding.

Sophia, the dentist, was absolutely amazing with my son. She created such a calm and reassuring environment that he didnt even cry despite having three injections and a broken baby tooth removed! Her gentle manner and patience made a huge difference.

Also this is my third time visiting in my life, and it's always be the same experience, clean, happy, calm and welcoming.

The dental appointment like a lot of us has always been something I have never looked forward to. However my experience here with Shyam Patel, Poppy & Jag has been nothing less than wonderful. The pricedure of three replacement fillings and a rotten root extraction were all executed pain free by the team and explained along with the xrays in full. From the moment of being welcomed by Shyam and the excellent young lady who did a great job of using the suction tube during the procedure and not having the discomfort of constantly swallowing was a first. I was made to feel extremely relaxed along with The Dentist Chair chill out mix playlist which helped me enormously. Thankyou so much to you all for implementing the future of dentistry and providing a positive experience.

I cannot recommend dentist Danyal highly enough. I first met him when I called the clinic in urgent need of an emergency appointment, as I was in severe pain. From that very first visit, he not only helped me immediately, but also set a completely new standard for what dental care should feel like.

Over the course of multiple appointmentsincluding a root canal, extraction, fillings, and moreDanyal has consistently shown an incredible balance of professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine friendliness. His numbing techniques are absolutely outstanding; every single treatment I had with him was completely pain-free. That alone already sets him apart from many dentists Ive seen before.

Hands down the best dental practice I've ever visited. I booked an emergency appointment this morning due to severe pain in a wisdom tooth over the last few days. Everyone was friendly, and then I was seen by an amazing dentist, Dr Suni Singh, and his assistant Jade Adam. I was examined, scanned, talked through what the problem was, and my wisdom tooth was out without any pain in less than 30 mins! Thank you very much indeed Suni and Jade, truly outstanding treatment and all round lovely people :-)

I think this dental practice is the best in the country for sure . Easy to book an appointment and quick, I can't say enough good things about this dental practice from the moment I walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed the reception is very professional , clean and equipped with the latest technology. Dr Guvinder Tutt took time to explain every step of the process answered all my questions patiently and made sure I left completely at ease. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I'm always nervous about dental visit but this was the most pain-free and stress-free experience I've ever had. First visit to Scott Arms Dental Practice tonight for an emergency extraction. Saw Dr Imran and his dental assistant who were both very empathetic and made me feel at ease right away. Dr Imran explained the procedure and aftercare very clearly. Tooth was out in minutes with no fuss! Very efficient from booking the appointment through to the treatment! Definitely recommend

Really happy with my visit! I had a retainer fixed and it was done quickly, carefully, and without any discomfort. The dentist explained every step and carried out the work to a high standard. Very professional and attentive thank you for giving me peace of mind about my smile!

Was sent here from my private dentist due to annual leave, was very nervous as I had only ever been to the same dentist since a child. However they were fabulous! I had an evening appointment which was made the same day, I checked myself in on an iPad which took a few minutes, then a few minutes later I was being called through. Explained my issue to the dentist, he had a look, gave me antibiotics there and then, and I was back out the door within minutes! Can not fault the service, the dentist was lovely and approachable! Would definitely recommend!

I had my second wisdom tooth removed today by Dr Imran, and I couldnt be more grateful for his care and professionalism. Had an assessment and dental surgery by Dr Curran Patel.
Dr Patel was fantastic from start to finish. I had both of my wisdom teeth removed as well as a third extraction. The wisdom teeth were not an easy task due to long curved roots especially around nerves, but he managed it without causing any further trauma or complications. Can not thank him or his assistant enough for their hard work, friendly and professional manner.

Had to have an emergency extraction last night, my husband attended with me for moral support. The dentist and dental nurse were great and very informative throughout the procedure. Towards the end my husband didn't feel great and fainted, he was cared for so well. Was supported and cared for really well! We wasn't rushed out of the practice was given a quiet area for him to recover. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! :)

First time visiting this practice for a good number of years and must say this was an extremely pleasant experience considering I was going to the dentist. Dr Mani conducted my first check up at this practice. An extensive check was conducted along with investigations of potential issues. Before this visit I had not been to the dentist for about 10 years and I was very scared and nervous about my appointment. My appointment was with Dillon, as soon as I walked in he explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable straight away. Dillon was so kind and explained the whole procedure to me beforehand which was so comforting and made me feel like I was in control.

Firstly, the front line staff on reception we're friendly and very helpful, both on the phone and in person. I was seen by Dr Rushaine for emergency treatment. I'm a nervous patient with a low pain threshold. Of all the dental work I've had in the past this was by far the best experience ever! She ensured that the process was practically painless and that i was comfortable. Dr Rusaine was polite, professional, explained the procedure and allowed me to ask questions.

The environment was comfortable - enough space to socially distance and from the dental chair there was a beautiful and calming view of the stunning grounds. Prices are also reasonable. Excellent practice! I highly recommend it.

Haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years as I was so scared. Had a hole in my tooth and needed it sorted. Rang Scott Arms dentist and got an appt the same day and so glad I did. The girls on reception so nice, calming and so helpful. The gentleman who dealt with me was amazing, there was no pain at all. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, I was seen 10 minutes after I arrived and they even went to fetch my boyfriend from the waiting room for me when I decided to have the extraction. The dentist was very clear about my options and explained the situation thoroughly. His assistant was very polite and helpful. I wouldn't definitely recommend this dental practice

After being in sever pain for 3 days with a broken tooth, and calling around every dentist in my area (NHS and Private) for an appointment and being unsuccessful, I called here for an emergency appointment as a last resort. The service from first phone call to treatment was excellent! I was offered an appointment on the same day I called. My experience once there was great, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the dentist that I saw was amazing!

He knew I was nervous, and talked me through everything to put my mind at rest. Discussed treatment options for the tooth in question and the pros and cons of each. Then when we decided to just remove the tooth it was done fast and efficiently. He is honestly the nicest and best dentist I have ever seen. Prices are very reasonable for the services offered too, which I feel is worth a mention. Overall I'm very impressed and can't find a single fault with this service.

My filling came off two days ago. Tried to book an appointment and here you go I got it on the next day. Everything was brilliant. Went to reception get a warm welcome. Being sat in the waiting area. Although it was cold in the waiting area, due to open door I was asked if I would love a hot drink. In general quite easy and quick job by the dentist. I am very happy with this dental practise, first time I will definitely come back if need any dental services.

After days of pain and not being able to eat anything I booked an emergency appointment here even if it was Christmas day it was very easy to book and get to see a dentist. The doctor that took care of me is a very skilled man. Listened to my requests, made sure I'm comfortable. I am very scared of dentists but this place I cannot recommend enough! Brilliant, easy, good service for the price.

I need an emergency dental appointment on a Sunday. I phoned Scott Arms in the morning and they offer me a appointment the same day. When I arrived they had a very effective check in system and nice waiting area. The density and assistant were lovely and very helpful. They gave me helpful information as well as treatment. The did not over charge me for the appointment and treatment. I would highly recommend them.

Oh my days what a place! Two days of pain and my routine dentist giving a booking time of two weeks! Rang Scott arms up and they got me in within twenty four hours. The staff were all lovely despite this being half past nine at night. The only dental practice I've been to that genuinely put their patients first. They were amazing and I was pain free and sorted within half an hour of walking through the door. Simply the best!

Visited today as an emergency patient with my son that had been fobbed off by our regular dentist. Reception staff were very helpful & sympathetic, showing empathy & concern. We had an appointment with Camilla Bailey who was absolutely fantastic, she quickly did the excision that wasn't apparently possible, talking Leo through the process & was very reassuring.

Fantastic service from Dr David Taylor-Pirie! He’s a consummate professional and really put me at ease throughout the procedure; I’ve never had a filling so quickly, painlessly and with a flawless result. You can tell it’s important to him that you have all your questions answered and there’s no rush to get the next patient in, or putting money before your well-being.

Saw Phillipa for a Scale and Polish which was for once a thoroughly pleasant experience. She wasn’t judgmental at all, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job of cleaning the excess buildup on my teeth. No pain, discomfort throughout the process!

After being put off regular cleanings by bad experiences previously, I’ve finally found a hygienist who I’ll happily come and see every few months to keep my Oral Hygiene in top shape.
Becky on reception handled my Denplan setup really well, knew the answers to all my questions and took her time to provide a thoroughly professional experience.

After a number of bad experiences with various dentists, we found Scott Arms came to the rescue on a emergency which was on a Sunday - couldn’t believe the super service and being able to get an appointment within hours. We met Andrew who is just the nicest and most knowledgeable dentist we’ve met, puts you at ease and nothing is too much trouble. I phoned early in the morning of Saturday in pain. The receptionist I spoke to was very caring and pleasant. I got an appointment for 9:25 the same day. I turned up early the surgery was very professional, took my temperature then sat till my appointment time. I was called in. Went into room and the doctor reassured me ( Dr Sharon Showker) she took an X-ray saw the problem numbed my mouth when it was numb she said you will hear a crunching and the next thing she was showing me the tooth. She was amazing. I will Highly recommend the surgery

Attended my first appointment yesterday since lock down (a filling had fallen out a few weeks ago and I couldn’t wait any longer) and I was really impressed by all of the measures put in place to keep clients safe and reassured at this time. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment and was given the option to wait outside in the car, which I preferred- then saw my usual dentist (Emma) who is always excellent.
