Firstly I have to say that the dentist I saw when attending this practice was lovely so no problem here. However the down side was that as someone who required a ground floor surgery there was quite a lengthy wait between follow up appointments (2-3 months). This is due to the fact that the ground floor surgery rooms are mainly for use by the Private Section of the practice. Also not good that there is a waiting period of 6 months for a first appointment.

Excellent. Dentist is great, staff are all very friendly, Put me at ease straight away. From the receptionists to nurses to dentists everyone was lovely and very reassuring. The practice is lovely also, bright, modern and clean, great car parking around the back with mother and baby and disabled parking spaces

Excellent service, staff are all delightful and professional from receptionist to Dentist first class dentistry. The surgery is so big bright and spacious, very welcoming, the waiting area is well equipped for all ages, toys/ puzzles/books/coloring pages for children. Magazines/ newspapers etc for adults. Parking space to the rear, which also caters for disabled patients. I would highly recommend Dunmurry Dental Practice to all.

I cant recommend this surgery highly enough, i lost a front tooth suddenly ( and also needed other work done ), i emailed the surgery on a friday afternoon and was seen on the following tuesday, i was amazed how quickly i got an appointment, the receptionists were so pleasant and accommodating as was my dentist Philip and his dental nurse Theresa, while most people have phobias about injections i dont, i am phobic about getting " impressions" taken though but Philip and Theresa used a technique that helped me through it ( it, s normally used for children but it worked lol ).
The practice itself is lovely, well laid out with the latest up to date equipment and also reasonably priced. I need a few other things done but have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, as soon as i, m feeling better i, ll be booking another appointment and actually looking forward to it, so if anyone is afraid of the dentist or ashamed if they havent been in a long time then i would recommend here, the staff are brilliant and will help calm your fears and not judge you, from the receptionists, nurses and right up to the dentists

Having not visited a dentist in 10years I was a little apprehensive about going. However my mind had been put at ease by the staff of Dunmurry Dental practice and in Particular Tracey Campbell who treated me. She left me feeling relaxed and talked me throughout each step of my treatment, an absolute professional! Text messages and emails from the surgery are very welcome on reminding me 48hrs in advance of my appointment. The surgery and faculties as well as parking are to a high standard. Not surprising that this Practice is award winning excellent service from all staff
