I was searching for a good dental surgery when I moved to Newmarket. I looked at the reviews as usual to find the right one for me. When I went through the reviews for Olive Dental Care I realised that a person called Charlotte had put the same review in different places like google, trust pilot etc. I also read the reply from the owners on google. I decided to try them as 99% of the public had only good things to say about them and as I own my own business, I am aware you cannot please everyone.

I am really pleased to say that my experience was really positive. I found that the dentist took time to explain the procedures different options and gave me written estimates. It was a calming and very friendly environment. I never enjoyed going to dentist before but I never thought I would say this but I don't mind going to dentist now.

I have been a client of Olive for nearly 20 years and Shebins care and expertise has always been faultless. Her dental work is always carried out to the highest standard and she is very mindful of making it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Shebin is the most capable dentist I've ever been treated by and takes a pragmatic approach to prescribing treatment. Routine assessments are always thorough and when I've had more extensive work done she has been extremely gentle and taken her time so that I recover quickly. I cannot recommend Shebin highly enough, particularly as my teeth have stabilized significantly since she's treated me over the last 10 years

Avoid! I'm in my 30's and had the same family dentist for 20+ years, but when my dentist retired, I moved to Olive Dental. Upon the initial oral health assessment for new patients, I was quoted up to $10,000 worth of "essential" dental work. This included having 2 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthetic and 4 fillings that may result in root canals. I was advised I wouldn't know if a filling was possible until work had begun, and was irreversible, where a root canal may be required, so I could be liable at the end of the appointment for $1,800 per tooth, if a filling wasn't possible. Bearing in mind, I went into this appointment with no tooth pain, bleeding, or concern, and my previous dentist had only ever done 1 filling in my life.

To be presented with this extensive list of "work" and the associated costs, I was gobsmacked. I queried this with Shebin, and the email response was rude and unprofessional. The receptionists were always polite, and the hygienist I saw a few times, but who has since departed, was fantastic! I have now moved dentist again, as I was horrified by my experience at Olive Dental, and have had a full assessment and been advised my teeth and gums are healthy, and I require no dental work, other than regular and routine hygienist appointments.

In summary, 2 out of 3 dentists who have reviewed my teeth and gums have advised everything is healthy, apart from Olive. I have since spoken to multiple (past) patients who have had similar experiences - being advised to have lots of work that they do not feel they need.

I contacted Olive Dental Care when I needed a potentially complicated extraction. They were kind enough to give me a convenient appointment at short notice. As a nervous patient, I wanted my husband to be with me during the procedure, and the team accommodated my request. The team at Olive Dental Care ensured we were comfortable from the time we entered the clinic until the treatment was complete.

Interaction at reception was polite, friendly and efficient. I was impressed by the cleanliness and COVID prevention measures at the clinic. After an examination and x-ray, Dr. Shebin clearly explained the options for treatment. The extraction was performed very gently and skilfully. Her manner was reassuring at all times and she made me feel at ease throughout. I would have no reservations in recommending Dr. Shebin and her team at Olive Dental Care for any dental treatments.

First time to Olive Dental Care to visit hygienist. My normal one couldn't fit me in for months. Marina the hygienist and her nurse Chloe immediately put me at ease, both were very friendly whilst professional. Marina did an excellent job explaining the process, whilst cleaning, and did a great job without discomfort. Chloe was very chatty in a nice way keeping me at ease and alleviating my fear of being at the dentist. Will definately be returning.

Although based only on my first appointment I was was extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. It is clear that a lot of investment has been made in the best and latest equipment, and even for a dental practice the premises are sparklingly clean. A calm, relaxing, and caring atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I have been to many good (and some not so good) dentists over the years but this is dental care taken to the next level. Highly recommended.

Great experience. I get very nervous with the dentist, to the point where I find it very hard to get treatement so I tried the IV sedation. I was skeptical at first because I just didn't know how it would work, but I had a tooth removed and I have no memory of it at all. The last thing I remember was feeling relaxed, then coming around in the chair and it was done, to my relief. If you're a nervous patient, then I would recommend the IV sedation.

I went to Olive Dental Care 2 years ago to do root canal treatment. Shebin Koshy made sure the treatment was painless and nicely done. After that I am a regular patient of Olive dental care and recently my wife went for check up and hygienist and she said it is the best dental place she ever used.

If you're unsure about getting implants try Shebin and her team. Just completed having implants fitted to my upper jaw. Shebin was amazing. Absolutely wonderful place. I was a complete dentist phobic with horrendous anxiety but the team here have cured me! So professional, kind and understanding. I had surgery under sedation initially which was incredibly helpful, Shebin, Biju and the nurse were great. The hygienists are also gentle and helpful too. I am now not scared to visit at all. Reception staff are lovely too. Very much recommend if youve been putting things off due to anxiety.

Ive been coming to this lovely family run dental practice for the past 2 years now and thankfully found someone somewhere reliable who I can trust. The practice has a beautiful relaxed atmosphere youd hardly think you were sitting in a dental surgery. With its state of the art up to date equipment not to mention the highly trained dentists and anaesthetist if or should you require sedation Biju is on hand to take away your fears.

The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much bother for them, there is also free tea and coffee facilities available and free parking now thats a winner! I would highly recommend this practice, try it out you wont be disappointed.
