Bhandal Dental Practice (Halesowen Surgery)

I have been coming to this practice for over 10years with my sons, you never really see the same dentist but as long as they are polite and you get what you need doing I have never really minded.
I have just been for a check up and the receptionists and girls that help in the rooms were extremely polite as usual but the Dentist was very rude, never asked any questions, had the quickest check off my teeth then asked if I wanted them cleaned, I said yes please.
He gave them a scrap and walked off to his computer and stayed there with his back to me.
The young girl was lovely and I just got up and said thank you to the girl then said thank you to the Dentist who stayed at his computer with his back to me so I said thank you again .
He finally said thank you without looking.
Extremely rude, I will not be returning to this practice again.

Excellent staff my 1st appointment and I was very impressed with all the staff from reception and my dentist Manjit Jalaf and the assistant dental nurse. Thank you all

And a shout out the the Ladies on reception who allways have a warm welcome and were great in helping me out with my paper work.

Whilst none of us enjoy a trip to the dentist, Bhandal Dental Practice is friendly and efficient and Omar, the dentist treating me is positive, honest and straightforward whilst being friendly and jovial. Most importantly, the treatment he and his assistant gave me was first class.

Having just experienced some excellent customer service from the good folks at Bhandal DP, (Halesowen Surgery), I felt the need to highlight this as a Google testimony.

Despite a grave shortage nationwide of Dentists, Bhandal Halesowen have always catered for mine and my Wife’s dental needs for many years. Appointments, especially when urgent, are dealt with the utmost priority and always with a swift and satisfactory outcome. Over the years there have been multiple ‘Dentist’ changes in personnel, however, for the past year or so our Dentist has remained a constant, that is the lovely Manjit. She is so kind, helpful and considerate, always with a smile and very knowledgeable.

Our most recent visit to Bhandal Halesowen was particularly positive as it involved the two wonderful reception staff, Catherine and Tracy, who went out of their way to look after us, above and beyond expectation. They were most pleasant, understanding, helpful and efficient in their client care, despite being extremely busy with a waiting room full of patients and constant incoming telephone calls. Their combined patience and calmness under pressure shone through and made our visit there even more rewarding.

No one enjoys a ‘Trip to the Dentist’ but when you have one like ours, it can only be described as positive. Thank you one and all at Bhandal Halesowen…..Monumental for Dental !

My sister and myself saw Arsalan yesterday. He is very good, polite and friendly. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend him.

I was seen by a female dentist who was really friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze me in the same day, for which I was really grateful and impressed given the pandemic! She was very friendly and kind and really put me at ease, explaining everything clearly. Brilliant experience and couldn't recommend more highly.

lovely people, easy to ring and get through as well & i feel really comfortable with the dentist! went for a check up and scaling & had my first ever filling & it was all good. Was numb for a few hours after but healthy teeth is non-negotiable, thanks so much!

I had an issue with my wisdom tooth so had to book an emergency appointment with this dentist. The female dentist who saw to me was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and I would recommend to others
