I am a native of Wirral, having completed my schooling at St. Anselm's College, Birkenhead.I qualified in 1989 from King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of London. Since then, apart from 2 years working in Ireland and Australia, I have worked in the North West of England developing my skills as a general dental practitioner.

Recently joined this practice had trouble finding NHS dentist , but have been very impressed with their care . I saw Gemma who put me at ease immediately as I am nervous of dentists after a bad experience she was wonderful so reassuring I had great treatment and feel no fear now also reception staff are excellent . Took my mother for an urgent appointment at the practice today and found the whole team to be polite, friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by Dr Hanna & his nurse, who treated my mother very well and made her feel very comfortable from diagnosis to treatment. Would highly recommend to those seeking treatment in the area. Thank you for your help!

I visited the dentist this week, as part of my tooth had broken away. I thought I was going to need a crown. Doctor Hanna said he would do a filling. I was impressed as the gap was mostly on the most visible side of my tooth. He's a very kind, gentle man, always puts my daughter & myself at ease. When younger I'd had lots of fillings and was scared to go.
I had the injection to numb my tooth, which he did wonderfully, then whilst waiting to go numb, he removed the plaque from my teeth- fab! Then the filling. totally painless. I looked properly at it when I got home. its a WORK OF ART! It looks just like my other teeth, inc the colour. He is my hero!

Dr O'Connor is the reason I am leaving this dentist. Very unwelcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience. Last time he was running late and never apologised. I am now in need of dental care but I am actively seeking treatment elsewhere. I feel like the response to the negative comments on here are combative rather than taking the feedback and using them constructively.
Because of these negative experiences at the dentist I don't book regular appointments. Hopefully I'll find one that treats clients as they should be and can make me feel more positive about seeing the dentist. I hope this goes some way to helping this practice address some of its issues. It could be lovely given a different approach to customer service. Hygienist and receptionists have always been very nice to me

I have been a patient here for many years. The girls are very friendly and are always happy to help. In the past i have always avoided the dentist and hygienist due to bad experience as a child, after being convinced by Dr O'Connor that a visit to the hygienist, Jules, would be beneficial i am happy to say he was right. I now regularly visit the practice without fear.
