All our staff are happy to advise you on our practice facilities, and give advice on types of treatment available, and the cost. Kav is a kind, caring and thoughtful clinician. He has a gentle manner and works hard to achieve the very best for his patients. He is conscientious, thorough and a great communicator and clearly well-liked by both patients and staff.Originally from Nottingham, Kav qualified from King's College London in 2009. He has since worked at the Queen's Medical Centre, carrying out Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery and has worked in both NHS and private general practices across the Midlands.

We are a private practice offering an extensive range of treatments from simple fillings to advanced restorative and cosmetic options. The practice was started in 1988 by Chris Rowlinson who saw the opportunity to provide a high quality of dental health care in this pleasant residential area. When Mark wished to reduce his hours 2021, Kavit Mehta took over the running of the practice with the same goal in mind: to provide a comprehensive range of dental services to an exacting quality standard and to make this available locally to anyone who wanted it.
If you phone before 10:00 we will be able to offer you at least one time for an appointment on the same day. If you call later than this we cannot guarantee an appointment the same day, although in the majority of cases this will still be possible. This service is available for our Denplan and private registered patients and should only be used if the practice is closed and in cases of extreme emergency.

I was really impressed with this dental practice hence felt compelled to write a review! Firstly, the surgery were very accommodating to organise an appointment that worked for both me and my kids. Their friendly nature meant that the kids felt relaxed and I felt reassured as they kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the treatment. I also felt like they left me with some great information on how to maintain good dental hygiene and the tips and encouragement they gave my elder son meant he has been able to maintain good dental hygiene following our visit - thank you!

I cannot praise Keyworth Dental Practise enough. I have an irrational fear of any dental work and knowing I was facing teeth extractions and related work, my anxiety was sky high. Kav was understanding and caring from the beginning. He calmly talked me through what he was going to do and was patient when I went back with more questions - as was PIp, the Office Manager. Kav was gentle made sure the procedure was pain free. He gave me my smile back.

I want to thank all the staff for making the surgery as safe as possible in these challenging times. It was very organised and professional and I felt very safe throughout my visit for my treatment. Hi I left Mark's practice over two and half years ago to move to the Isle of Wight. Mark always impressed on me to do regular check ups and good cleaning practises. I've just had my first check up since leaving (sorry Mark 2 years +). My new dentist examined my teeth and commented. "Your last Dentist work is excellent the fillings and crowns are really excellent.
I don't need to see you for six months" No mention of even seeing the Hygienist. Mark thank you for all you have done for me. It is a great testament for you dentistry. You are a fantastic Dentist. Thank you John

As a nervous patient who had lost confidence and feared going to the dentist, my experience of the Keyworth Dental Practice has been transformative. I was immediately put at ease by Mark and the team in discussing my dental needs and treatments. My first treatment was a root filling which I was not relishing, but the whole procedure was relatively quick and totally painless. Having not been to a dentist in a 'while', I have been three times in two months; such is the care of service.
The amount of time and patience the team have is fantastic, and everyone seems genuinely interested in your health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend the practice and the staff highly enough!

As a 'nervous patient' the team were amazing with me. Having lost confidence in my previous dentist I was really surprised at how at ease I felt (after one minor freak out). The amount of time and patience the team have makes it a much more relaxing experience. I would 10/10 recommend this dental practice and won't be going anywhere else in the future.
