Absolutely shocking rude staff I was there for my appointment and the receptionist still put me down as a cancellation and I've been took off the NHS care they said I missed an appointment in November I had cancer and covid I rang n cancelled my appointment n still the rude receptionist has took me off the list now I am tacking it further through pals and cqc

Dr Mittal provided an implant to replace a failed molar tooth. He carried out the first stage of the procedure with intravenous sedation which made the surgery very comfortable. Sedation is a wonderful technique for those patients who are nervous about any treatment they may need but cannot face because of anxiety. Immediately after the implant was fitted I was a bit cautious when eating on that side.
The implant has been in place for over three years and I now favour the implant as it is probably stronger than the restored tooth on the opposite side of my mouth. Thank you for your excellent dental care.

I had a recent tooth trauma to a visibly obvious tooth. I called the surgery and very luckily I managed to get a cancellation so was seen immediately by the amazing Nicola Perry. My tooth was replaced quickly and efficiently and the replacement is so much better than what I had before. The whole team at CM Dental Centre are incredibly efficient and friendly. The reception team are some of the friendliest I have come across nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Since starting my dental treatment at Clifton moor it has massively helped me overcome my fear of dentists and needles- I have seen a few different dentists for both dental treatment and for cosmetic reasons and have always been happy with my results. Staff are very helpful and cannot thank them enough for all of their help, highly professional service from start to finish of all experiences.

I have only been 5 minutes late to my appointment and my original appointment was at 11:30 which I have received by email, but reception took me and my baby to the waiting area then she come back and with rude tone said my dentist can't see me because my appointment was at 11:10 I try to explain her my appointment was at 11:30 she didn't even listen, then she said actually she shout and need to book me in for future, no good customer service at all, I have been in that dentist and wait more then 30 minutes in the past, I am not arguing why they didn't take me, my argument is that why is she that rude

From joining Clifton moor dental care in 2020 all of my experiences have been extremely positive, all of the staff have always been very friendly, quick to help and answer any questions I had. I was very nervous to start with but was quickly put at ease and finally have my confidence back. Fabulous treatment, thank you.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I have recently joined the practice as a patient. I have had four appointments, one being an emergency. Highly professional service from start to finish. The treatment was excellent. I was in a great deal of pain which was alleviated and the root canal treatment was painless and completed perfectly. I saw Shubh and Peri who did my treatments - fabulous, I can't thank you enough.

Absolutely horrendous attitude from reception staff. Jessica was who I was politely greeted with to be told bluntly that I had never been a patient there when in fact I had been and I knew I had been but she insisted to be rude and tell me that I can not see them I I could only seem them privately. I was referred from this dentistry to visit the hospital for my teeth for a few years and was only checking if I was still registered. Absolutely no need for the rudeness and blunt response.

From the moment I walked it, feeling anxious and apprehensive, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and warm hearted receptionist who dispelled my original emotions and turned them into ones of relaxation. Upon seeing the young and professional dentist who made me feel comfortable and informed, I knew that I had made the right decision to come to this practice. By the end of my treatment my pain had gone and my smile restored. All thanks to the staff of Clifton Moore Dental Centre. I will be coming back here for sure!
