I've been seeing the hygienist (only) regularly for almost 3 years every 3-4 months. She's very friendly and through although it's a little pricey. Reception is always polite and friendly.

Terrible experience, always refers you to Hygienist(way to charge more money). Appointment cancellation charge (30). Doesn't recommend NHS brand treatments, and advices for private treatments.

I have been with this practice for several years now and always thought that they were ok, although rather on the expensive side. However, when the surface of an old bridge that I had done a long time ago cracked, the doctor was straight away trying to push me to invest 1.5k into a new bridge. I questioned that this was necessary and got a second opinion. Very glad I did! My new dentist merely polished the bridge and said that it still might last me for a very long time.
She also said that trying to replace the bridge when not yet necessary might have even harmed the teeth underneath. Also, Covent Garden Dental Clinic wanted to put 2-3 new filling onto my dental plan that they claimed needed doing ASAP, the new dentist thinks just one of them needs doing and there's plenty of time for the others. Covent Garden Dental's Clinic approach made me feel anxious about my teeth AND my finances and I do not recommend this to anyone.

So-called 'NHS Dentist'. Went here for a basic dental check-up and paid the fee. Was then told that I'd need to see a hygienist and they charged me for a private appointment. I then explained how I was was entitled to a 'scale and polish' for free on the NHS, but they were having none of it - explaining that seeing a hygienist separately would be a far superior option. This type of gaming the system is rife within NHS dentistry. One to avoid.
