I've had a tooth removed today and also had an ample discussion with my dentist Gopika regarding future work needed and a lot of questions regarding my current situation. Both my dentist and the nurse have been very helpful, professional, well informed and friendly. This has always been the case every time I've visited this dental practice and I would like to also include in this good review my hygienist Paniz and all the staff at the practice, last but not least the receptionists. Well done!

Since coming to the practice, I have been made welcome by everyone who works here, from Syra, Andrada, Alan, Pam and the rest of the wonderful team I was nervous to start off, but I knew I was in safe hands so the nerves just went and I got on with what needed to be done, then I was recommended to see the hygienist at the point I thought to myself yeah might as well.

Since I have been seeing Pam I have notice a big difference in how my gums and teeth are doing. Going to be getting my teeth whitened which is new for me Alan has also done a wonderful job by rescuing my teeth and making me feel like I don't have to be scared any more. They are all high standards and professional team, I would definitely recommend you guys pay them a visit as you will not want to go to another dentist

Excellent care both for myself and my 5 year old daughter. All investigations and treatments where appropriately explained. Dr Bookey also took care to obtain previous imaging from my previous dentist rather than repeating it unnecessarily.

I recently had both of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Bookey at Albany Dental Centre and could not be happier with how it went. I was quite worried about the procedure, but both the dentist and the nurse were very kind and supportive. The procedure itself was done skillfully and quickly; I felt very listened to and respected as a patient during the entire process. We've had only great experience when coming to the practice. I've been trusting Dr Bookey with my teeth and my children's for more than 10 years. Dr Bookey is a lovely man, so caring and very good with children. He is always calm and makes it always sounds like everything is going to be fine, no matter what! I know I can count on his advice. The whole team is so friendly and efficient. Even though we moved, I will not change practice. It just nice to feel welcomed and looked after like the team does!

Alan and his team are great, professional but also personal. You can always get emergency appointments when needed and receive only the best care here! We've had the best experiences with Albany Dental Centre (as good as a dentist visit can be!) Shout out to Syra the best secretary ever who's been there as long as I can remember!

Having discovered this practice over 24 years ago, I have always been impressed with the professionalism and treatment given. The main receptionist, Syra, is an absolute delight to deal with and Dr Bookey has always been honest, careful and thorough (not always the case with dentists!). I have referred both family and friends to this practice over the years and would not hesitate recommending it for all your oral hygiene needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this Practice. Their respect for the individual is evident in every area. Syra has a warm and personal word for everyone, Pan is extraordinarily gentle and Alan goes the extra 100 miles. His regular emails to patients during the pandemic set a new standard for good communication and reassurance. Their technical expertise is a given but their emotional intelligence and thoughtfulness is an incredible bonus. I used to be very frightened of going to the dentist. I still hate it but I now go regularly in the confidence that I will be treated with kindness and respect.

I love this practice! I have been coming to Albany for 20 years and their service has always been exceptional even the emergency cover over lockdown couldn't be faulted. regular information updates during lockdown about what services were being offered and when I had a toothache during this time my dentist was on the other end of the phone to provide advice. The staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions I have.

After having a very disappointing visit with my previous dentist. I was given an appointment with Dr Kripa Desai, who was a breath of fresh air after my previous experience. Very helpful, polite and I am very happy with my treatment. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely dentist - I've only ever received first-class care here in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Any time I have had an issue (only once in several years of attendance - I complained about the brusque manner of a hygienist) it was dealt with quickly and to a high standard. I would unreservedly recommend Albany Dental Centre. It feels like a proper community dentist with a loyal long-term clientele as well as room for new patients.

Best dentist practice in London, Bookey is by far one of the best dentist that I have encountered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs there teeth sorting don't hesitate to book an appointment with them. They arrange for you an appointment incredibly fast. The staff are alwsys friendly and polite. easy access from the tube. I only have good things to say about this practice.

Very happy with the staff in general and the warm and friendly atmosphere. It's never the appointment I look forward to the most, but they make me feel very comfortable. My personal dentist, Dr. Gopika, has an excellent bedside manor and makes me feel very at ease. Thank you and see you in six months for the next check up.

My children and I have only had excellent and professionally-delivered care here. The staff are attentive and go the extra mile. Such a shame that others feel the need to communicate their prejudice through reviews. The staff are multi-cultural, reflecting the demographics of this part of London and their religion is irrelevant to the professionalism they show.

I've been a patient here for as long as I can remember, at least 15 years. Alan has always been great, even with my fear of dentists when I was younger. Would highly recommend.
