We have had fabulous service and treatment from Dr Lumb and his team. They have been very professional and tried their best to overcome all the hurdles of the pandemic. They have kept us informed at every stage of my son's braces treatment and I can stop looking at his gorgeous straight teeth. Thank you Dr Lumb!

My experience at Melton orthodontist, is very negative, most people i know, including myself, have been presented with a rude and unfriendly member of staff. my friend, also had this same member of staff, he left the orthodontist in agony, bleeding from his gums, should of seen the look on his face, and next time when his mother mother brought it up to this member of staff, the member of staff continued to be rude. i have also had negative experiences, every time i attend, i am treated very unfriendly and as if i am gum on someones shoe. i feel worthless, like a spec of dust, when i attend. please sort this issue out, or i shall pay somewhere else to do my braces, .

Rough attitude to the reception. We tried to ask something did not even allow us to say why we are here a contemptuous attitude. I'm sorry but I would not use their services!

At aged 34 I finally decided to take the plunge and get braces as I've never been happy or confident with my teeth. I'm currently around half way through orthodontic treatment and I can't recommend Melton Orthodontics enough. Dr Lumb is providing my treatment, he is such a lovely, caring and friendly dentist. His kind nature really puts your nerves at ease.

My teeth are looking so straight already and I only wish I had had treatment years ago! The practice manager is very friendly and professional and all of the nurses and reception staff I have spoken with have also been very polite and helpful. Thank you to all at Melton Orthodontics especially during this difficult and challenging time for the logistics of providing treatment in a safe manner for themselves and the patients.

I am so thrilled with this practice. My son's teeth needed quite a lot of work, his bite was wonky, one tooth sat behind another and pretty much all of them need realigning. Andrew and his team were wonderful. They kept us informed and were very encouraging with George which is crucial when dealing with teenagers! I have signed my daughter up with them, the whole practice team are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

A fantastic orthodontic practice! The customer service is always wonderful; the staff really seem to care about the patients. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for lovely teeth in a warm and friendly environment!

I would recommend this place to anyone, they make you feel comfortable, always update you on what's going on and doesn't hide anything from you. Make appointments to suit you, if you have any worries or questions they will help you out straight the way and are pleased to. I have recently just got my braces off after 17 months with Andrew as my orthodontist, and even though I am a lot older than some of the patients, they still made me feel at ease, they weren't patronising at all.

Every staff member is helpful, polite and lovely to have a conversation with, the place is clean and tidy with promotional posters to show you how good the outcomes can be and what to do to get the best results. Some people dread going to the orthodontist, but they really make you feel comfortable and at ease here, I really am going to miss seeing them every few months as you just have a laugh and nice conversations with them, and the best part is they make your teeth look amazing! I used to hate my teeth and never smile because of that and now I smile away, they have done a great job! Highly recommend people to come here, it really is a great place :

Although I work here, I have actually had my teeth straightened here too.followed by tooth whitening. It was honestly the best decision I had ever made and I constantly receive comments about how nice my smile is. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about having orthodontic treatment to go for it, as it is an investment that could a lifetime. Thank you Andrew!

My daughter had her braces fitted in April 2011 and had regular check ups every 6-8 weeks at a time convenient to me (during the day of course). Advice and support was given when needed. In March 2013 the braces came off and wow what a fabulous set of teeth she has! I have never had any problems with the staff or getting appointments and everyone has been excellent. Thank you.

Every time I visit Melton Orthodontics, I find the team friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always professional. With a huge range of fast (some as quick as just SIX MONTHS), invisible and comfortable braces and a finance scheme that means treatment can be broken down into affordable monthly payments, I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
