Very pleased with the service provided. I wanted to be more comfortable with how my teeth looked before my wedding in August. Tom tidied up my front tooth, created moulds and arranged a suitable whitening kit. I was really happy with the results in a short period of a time before the wedding. It was my first time visiting Tom - it is not the nearest dental centre to my home, however I will be a returning customer for sure. I am quite a nervous patient at the dentist, but Tom was friendly and put me at ease. Thanks again!

This dentists is a disgrace. My daughter age 17 needs root canal which the dentist says she can't do, so we have to pay private or just get the tooth taken we have had this going on over the past 12 months for now to be told the her roots are bent and that is the reason why this dentist can't do root canal, my daughter was also told she couldn't get a scale and polish as the dentist was too busy- it's weird how my daughter is 18 in a few weeks so will have to pay for her treatment, I myself have been kicked out as I haven't needed treatment in 2 year (no letter to say I needed a general check up) so I now don't have a dentist and no where seems to be taking on, this dentist practice should be ashamed of themselves no consideration or respect for anyone.

Moved to the area a few years ago, have always had a lot of issues with my teeth and am very glad to have found this practice. Staff have always been welcoming and dentist has always treated me with respect and taken good care me. Would recommend.

I was struck off because I missed a appointment(that I didn't know about) and didn't pay the fine. Turned out they were sending the letter to the wrong address because someone had put the wrong address into the system. No apology I've hand posted a letter addressed to your practice manager. There are 4 letter boxes outside of the building with no names against any of them so posted the letter into the top one

I was always a patient of Richard Grant for at least 20 years, now he just owns the cramlington branch of which i have been told by the "receptionist" that i am not welcome. The ladies at the gosforth branch were always very helpful and kind to me and my children. Basically told if i want to be "see", go somewhere else! Thats loyalty for you. And this is how they treat veterans? Shameful!

The moment I entered the practice I was greeted by lovely staff and I was seen and treated right on time by Dr Ayesha who did fantastic job with both of my tooth Big thank you to all. Asta

I have a serious dental phobia and this practice has pretty much cured me! Tom is amazing, he's gentle and patient and explains what he's doing the whole time to keep me calm. The receptionists and dental nurses are so kind and lovely to me as they know I am terrified. Couldn't rate this practice high enough, well done everyone, keep the fabulous work up x

I have just changed to this dentist as my previous dentist's has gone down hill dramatically! When I arrived at the practice I felt really reassured, all staff were wearing PPE my temperature was taken before I could fully enter the building and I was asked to use the antibacterial gel for my hands, I was then directed to the waiting room. When called in my dentist put me at ease straight away ( I'm very nervous ) she talked through the procedure's that I was having that day before she started anything which really calmed my nerves.

Both members of staff wore high quality PPE to protect myself and themselves from Covid. I couldn't have been reassured more whilst having the treatment, my dentist talked to me throughout my time in the chair. I have to go back for more treatment and I will feel more at ease than I ever have visiting a dentist. I found the staff professional and friendly and wouldn't hesitate recommending this practice to my friends.

Great service from Tom and his colleagues. The practice was accessible and felt very Covid secure. Tom (Dentist) and Emma (Hygienist) were both really thorough and also took the time to explain the procedures and to give advice. Prices are reasonable and all the staff were approachable and friendly.

Had a Bioreel facial peel from the lovely Vanessa today, it was amazing my face feels so soft and refreshed, would totally recommend getting one!

By far the best dentist I've ever been to! I have a massive fear of seeing the dentist. As a result my teeth have suffered immensely as I haven't seen a dentist at times that I should of done. Saw Tom this morning and was immediately put at ease. I'm embarrassed by my teeth to say the least but I didn't feel he judged. He fully took on board my reasons for not seeing a dentist sooner. Discussed my treatment plan with me and completely put my mind at rest. I'm actually looking forward to having my issues sorted out. I never thought I'd say those words! Thank you so much to all at Cramlington dental centre. I'm so grateful!

This dental practice (Toothworks, Richard Grant and Partners) has opted out of the NHS except for a limited number of patients, eg children and pregnant women. Other patients pay private charges or join a dental insurance plan. Reception staff, hygienists and the dentist I usually see are friendly, professional and reassuring. Very good with children, speedily filled a cavity in my daughter's tooth almost without her noticing. You can get seen quickly by a dentist if it's an emergency but the hygienists are always booked up well in advance.
