Hadrian Park Family Dental Practice

I would like to thank DR. K. McKeever and her staff at the Hadrian Park practice, I do not like going to the dentist but they went out of their way to put me at ease and reassure me. I cannot relate how appreciative I am for their care and kindness, now the dentist holds no fear. Outstanding thank you

Richard the dentist was brilliant with my daughter. Explained everything as he went along and made her feel at ease. It mustn't be easy working in all the ppe gear. Everyone friendly and receptionist was courteous.

Work in not very good. I went to help, but I did not find help in this clinic. The service was not provided to me. They said go away until the staff are not good.

Just been up to this Dentist who I have been with for years have ongoing treatment atm Richard Mason who is fantastic by the way was not in as on holiday but he referred me to the dental hospital for a tooth out and my appointment for that is Tuesday so I have an infection in it so went to see if I could get some antibiotics and they tried to charge me 22.60 for a dentist to look in my mouth for 30 seconds and write a prescription.

Absolutely disgusting and who ever the receptionist was who wouldn't back down the manager I think needs to adjust her attitude as we are the ones paying her wages. I will not ever go back there which is a shame as Richard is fantastic and knows my history but I would rather suffer with the pain than pay 30quid including prescription for 30 seconds total RIP off. Absolute disgrace.

Great dentist recommend it to everyone no pain what so ever done excellent work and advice.

Absolutely shocking service a late cancellation of my appointment because I was in surgery!, and now refuse to see me. Not going to last if that's how you treat patients. The receptionist also has a poor telephone and customer skills. Don't bother going here and paying for rubbish service rang and booked in the same day with another dentist and straight away the receptionist wslas 100x better

I managed to get an appointment last minute due to having really bad toothache. All of the staff were lovely especially the dentist and dental nurse both making sure I had no pain as I needed a tooth out. Instead of turning me away like some dentists would she whipped the tooth out straight away no fobbing me off to make another appointment. Thankyou!

Whilst on holiday we needed some emergency dental treatment for my son. I called up and they said "bring him down straight away and we'll see him". The dentist who was lovely waited around till after their finish time. They were really helpful. Just a shame we live in London otherwise we'd sign up with them. Thanks u for ur help. Highly recommend.

Glad I got a second opinion at another dentist. Was told by this dentist I could not get treatment on nhs and treatment would cost me nearly 600 privately. Went to another dentist who are charging me band B 37.50. Would never use this dentist again.

See Richard. He is a great dentist. Took two teeth out for my daughter not a problem. She's happy and pain free took him five minutes.

Rang up to enquire about joining the practice and the range of treatments available both privately and on the NHS. Receptionist butted in and immediately told me the cost of treatment which was 150 pounds different from what the website states. Did not listen to my enquiries and not helpful at all. In the end I hung up and rang another practice to be greeted by much more helpful attentive staff!
