Every visit is a pleasant experience, from reception team with a warm and genuine welcome and a fantastic manner on the phone, to my lovely dentist and hygienist who really educated me on how I could be looking after my teeth better, and gave be good feedback as I transitioned to an electric toothbrush. The whole team are professional and caring at every visit. I've only been with Ock Street about a year before moving away, and think I will struggle to find another dentist practice like you! Thank you so much.

I can't recommend Ock Street Clinic highly enough. My neighbours suggested them and from the moment you walk in you feel relaxed and comfortable. A special mention to Martina on reception, who was the kindest person in the world when I was in a lot of pain and to Ruben, the hygienist, for being so gentle and yet so thorough.

I have just finished having my teeth straightened with Invisalign at the Ock Street Clinic. I have been a patient here for a number of years. I have great confidence in my dentist Ellen Rider and decided that I would like her to supervise my treatment. Although I might have got a cheaper quote for the treatment from an Invisalign provider I was more comfortable with my own dentist. I felt that my own dentist, Ellen Rider, would have the overall health of my teeth a priority, not just going for the quickest results.
The treatment has taken a year and I am delighted with the outcome. My teeth are straighter but have still retained their individuality. In fact two members of my family are now having their teeth straightened after seeing the results of my treatment.
