Greg has been the Principal Dentist at ARK Dental since 1998. Greg was raised in Kenya, educated at Harrow School and qualified from Guy's Hospital Dental School in 1991. His interests include Minimally Invasive Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry and his patients recommend him for his reassuring manner and gentle dentistry.

New Patients

On your first visit we will normally do a complete Dental Health Check including any necessary digital x-rays and photographs. We will then discuss your needs and what you want to achieve. Then we can tailor a treatment plan that you will be happy with and provide a printed estimate of the fees. Please bring a list of any medication that you may be taking. If you wish to change or cancel an appointment we do require at least 48hrs notice.

This is a philosophy of a "systematic respect for the original tissue." Quite simply it is the preservation of original tooth substance. Although dental materials keep improving, they are not as long- lasting as your original tooth and whatever filling or other restoration is placed you can, unfortunately, be assured that it will one day need replacement.

Cosmetic Dentistry can generally be described as dental work which improves the appearance (but not necessarily the function) of person's teeth, gums and/or bite. It primarily focuses on improving the colour, position, shape, size, alignment and overall smile appearance. Professional Teeth Whitening using custom made bleaching trays is the least invasive cosmetic treatment available. Often it is all that is needed to rejuvenate your smile. Composite Bonding is one of least invasive ways of altering the shape of teeth.
