Myself and my daughter both use the practice, I see Dimitru and my daughter Dorina. They are both very lovely people and have such a caring nature, always putting you at ease. We are both very nervous but they manage to help us through with their professionalism and kindness. We wouldn't go anywhere else, if like us you are afraid, give them a try, they will put you at ease. Dorina is especially great with children.

Hermitage Dental Practice has been my dentist for many, many years and without a doubt I would not go anywhere else. I have very bad anxiety at times and I'm often anxious when I have an appointment. I've had a lot work done to my teeth and every single visit has been welcoming and sensitive with my anxiety. What makes Hermitage stand out is the knowledge, professionalism and kindness of staff throughout the practice. Reception staff always welcome me which helps me relax furthermore they are aware of what treatment I'm having on that day.

They always answer any questions I have with respectability and competence. When in the treatment room my Dentist will welcome me, ask how I am and often a brief chat which immediately puts me at ease. My Dental Assistant always takes the time to keep reassuring me. Hermitage Dental practice will no doubt make you feel welcomed, nothing is too much trouble.

I highly recommend this Practice, should you be looking for a change or you're new to the area. The staff are friendly, efficient and considerate of your needs always putting you at ease and explaining procedures and treatments as necessary. I have been a client for years along with my children and now grandchildren.
