What dental services do you offer?
We provide routine check-ups, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, orthodontics, implants, children's dentistry, and facial aesthetics at both our Dunfermline and Lochgelly practices.
Are emergency appointments available?
Registered patients can access emergency care through NHS 24 on 08454242424 outside normal hours. Denplan members receive reimbursement for emergency treatment costs.
Do you accept new NHS patients?
Yes, we welcome new NHS, private, and Denplan patients at both our Dunfermline and Lochgelly locations.
What payment options are available?
We offer online payments through our client portal, direct debit membership plans, and traditional payment methods at both practice locations.

What are your opening hours?
Both practices operate Monday-Thursday 08:30-18:30 and Friday 08:30-17:00. Emergency care is available outside these hours through NHS 24.

Be careful when paying for your treatment as my husband got treatment in July and paid as usual when leaving, 6 months later he received a letter for an outstanding balance as they said the dentist left out 1 filling, because of the Practice Manager's attitude my husband was annoyed and said he wasn't paying so they passed it on to a debt agency for 15.44, they said despite numerous reminders we hadn't paid our outstanding balance which was a lie as it was 1 letter 6 months later, I handed a cheque in today and they said they can't accept it as I need to pay the debt collection agency which we have never had in our lives, the Practice Manager needs some serious Customer Service.! Such a shame as the dentists are lovely and helpful especially if you have a fear of dentists.

Phobic. Had sedation I was given a general anathetistic years ago in hospital. So this is progress. Have no problems going for check up and feel better if I need treatment. So grateful to the staff. Between lochgelly and Dunfermline.
