A dentist at this surgery pulled the wrong tooth out. Despite my telling them that the pain was still there after extraction and continues to this day they took no responsability. A terrible experience.

Delayed dental check today due to lockdown. Teeth cleaned and check up, no need to worry about safety, excellent. Who would have thought that my most exciting trips in 2020 would have been a visit to the hairdressers and the dentist. Thank you Helena, Jaz and all the staff.

I moved to this practice a couple of years ago after poor treatment at another dental surgery in the town. I only wish I'd moved sooner. Kate is wonderful- she's performed miracles with my teeth. Jules the hygenist is great and gelps me to keep my teeth in good Nick! The support staff are professional, efficientand friendly. My teeth have been a problem all my life but they are getting the best possible care now. I recommend this dental practice to everyone I know who is looking for a dentist.

Yet again this dental practice has come through for me yet again. I haven't been for 2 years and over the weekend developed gum pain, which I suspected was an abscess. Turned up there this morning, i explained my situation and they could see my face was swollen on reception, they had a word with Debbie the dentist and as she knew I was in pain told me to wait. Within 10 minutes I was seen, and treated and the abscess was dealt with. Sorry to the patients who were waiting. Love this place and these guys. Thank you all so much.

Helena was excellent today. She was caring, gentle and explained everything she was doing. Kate is also brilliant especially with my nervous 5 year old son. A very friendly practice that I would highly recommend.

It was an ephemera of mental fantasy, flitting hither and thither like a butterfly across the meadow of my mind, as my gums were prodded and teeth polished, to realise that I was staring at butterflies and it was real afterall. To be serious: My family have all been patients of The High Street Practice for many years (far too many to remember). As one, we would not consider any other practice ahead of yours'.
