I had lost confidence going to the dentist and had let a few years pass without seeing one, I had heard great things about no 9 and decided to book a consultation. From the very first visit I was completely at ease due to the warm friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Jordan did an extraction and a white filling and was first class. Next was the hygienists who did a clean and polish, they also gave me advice on how to properly look after my teeth, last and certainly not least was Sarah who did a 3 D image of my teeth and had moulds made to allow me to apply whitening gel at home, the results were staggering and Sarah was almost as happy as I was with the results, I'd fully recommend this practise to anyone. I have now joined the membership and for a minimal monthly fee I now enjoy discount from most treatments,

I initially contacted no 9 dentist as I was considering crowns and a bridge however due to issues with my gums and bone this wasn't possible. Some practices may have let me proceed with this treatment despite the fact they may not have lasted but not no9. The staff were very empathic and sensitive. I ended up with a denture, an outcome I struggled with immensely. I was treated with sensitively throughout even when I was extremely emotional on a few occasions.
I am extremely pleased with the results and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you so much. I'm not entirely sure of the name of my dentist, (sorry) but I'd like him to know im so grateful for how he was reassured me throughout and I thank you so much for my new smile. ( your client who was bubbling before and after my fitting today)

I was looking to get some dental implants done, after doing some research on dental clinics in West Lothian, I decided to go with No9 dental clinic. Pete Buchan has now completed my two dental implants and I'm absolutely delighted with them. The procedure was flawless from the start to completion. He explains everything in great detail, makes you feel at ease and his dental work is outstanding. The clinic is immaculate, all the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Would Definitely recommend No.9 Dental practice. I had an emergency issue. Staff were very friendly understanding and helpful. Thankfully I was given an appointment the same day. Issue was dealt with by Pete Clinical Director. Delighted with the work he did on my teeth. ( My Hero that morning) Deborah :) :)

I had a wobbly front tooth which Pete extracted and fitted with a temporary bridge. It was so painless I didn't even know it had been taken out. The end result is so good I can't stop looking at it! Pete and the staff are so nice that you are immediately made to feel at ease. The practice itself is modern with a lovely friendly atmosphere. I feel I'm in excellent hands at this practice and I can't recommend them enough.

Best dental practice I've ever been with. I moved from another practice because their appointment waiting list was 6-8 weeks. I needed an appointment to fix an ongoing issue with my tooth and this practice (No 9 Dental Practice) got me signed up, an appointment that day to have a look and then an appointment the following day to have the treatment carried out. The receptionists are fantastic, the dentist's give you a great overview of exactly what will be done, the treatment I had been nervous about was pain free, done very carefully and cautiously. The practice is immaculate and very relaxed environment. Really great job with the work carried out, it already feels better. Thank you!
