Dr Morris and her staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to the practice for 7 years and have always felt comfortable. Anything that needs to be done is thoroughly explained, I can stop when my gagging reflex makes treatment difficult and I am never hurried or made to feel as if I am a difficult patient. I would recommend SmileNW to anyone who needs a good and caring dentist.

Incredible experience today with Zara the hygienist (and Maha the nurse). Zara used am amazing new machine to clean my teeth. Apparently not many hygienists have this machine. It is like having a spa treatment for the mouth. So comfortable - i almost enjoyed it! The water is heated as well. Also removes stain. My teeth are now sparkling white and the gums are healthy. Thank you Smile NW.

I came to Smile NW after chipping my teeth, having multiple composite inlays and root canal. Dr Veronica Morris sorted me out, correcting the inlays to fix my bite and whitening my teeth which had discoloured from the original trauma. I now have a set of pearly whites that look as good as new. Dr Morris was thoughtful, patient and always had my best interests at heart. The reception staff were also really helpful and knowledgeable. 5/5 recommendation from me :D
